You come home from work tired, depressed and drained, can't even think of playing the guitar. You open TH-cam: nothing to see, everything looks boring. Then you see him in a thumbnail: the Gristleman wielding another dream guitar. Click. Music fills the room, energy beams start hitting you in the brains with awe and amazement. You try to mend together the pieces of your mind, inevitably blown, and when you're done you realize now you got something more in you, a precious present: INSPIRATION. Thanks Greg!
Wait till you see the X-rated Greg Koch outtakes....strap on and get ready for a nut buster of a video... featuring lemon oil, f-holes and the koch himself
It's probably a diffuser. It's placed over the center of the speaker to lessen the "beam of sound" that's sometimes associated with single-speaker cabs. Some manufacturers put wooden ones over their speakers at the factory but they're often under the grill cloth, so you don't notice it as much. EDIT: that looks like it might be a two speaker cab, so I'm probably wrong.
It's a chrome/metal strip that was mounted on Fender V Front amps simply as protection (although some say it added character to the sound) The V Front amps had a wedge shaped face, the chrome strip was mounted vertically down the middle of the 2 speaker cab. I can't tell if Greg's amp is original Fender Super Amp or not, but that chrome strip did serve a purpose on the original Fender V Fronts.
What brand and model is that acoustic? If I knew Greg Koch... I would quit my job and make it my life's QUEST to bring him smoke/beer and I'd do nothing but drink up his humor/bad-ass playing like a sweet nectar margarita!
Outtakes number four, We got outtakes number four, You said you wanted more, So we got outtakes number four....that's a litte song called Outtakes Number Four.
Holding a piece of wood with metal strings connected to a amp with enough power to bring down a elephant and loud enough to make death row inmates soil themselves does have its side effects.
Damn. Greg Koch is the Robin Williams of guitar. I was gonna say he is the Jack Black of guitar, but Jack Black already kind of is the Jack Black of guitar... So Robin Williams it is. Hopefully without the sad and tragic ending, obviously.
I have seen dozens of GK videos.. he is amazingly awesome, but I can't imagine dealing with his ADHD every day. Sometimes I wish he would just shut up an play.

a trick : you can watch movies at instaflixxer. I've been using it for watching all kinds of movies recently.

This is the best entertainment on inter tubes by far !
Imagine Phil X and Greg Koch present guitars together :D
Completely, totally, undeniably bat shit crazy....and I love every second of it.
I always love me some Metal Poppins.
His next album theme and Title should be "Metal Poppins" !
Greg's a one man party! If the guitar thing doesn't work out -he can always be a comedian.
These videos are always the best.
This is a classic that will never go out of style. Metal Poppins lives! Fellas!!!
Greg Koch and Greg House both share a first name and a love for guitars and class-A narcotics. Kudos!!
I actually screamed out, like Meg Ryan, "AHH YESSSSSSSSS" when I saw that this had been uploaded.
There is no better way to start a Saturday than this.

Pliz make a tv show of it!
I hate to sound like a noob, but what is the chrome strap like thing across the front of that amp?
I don't know if it is purely for decoration but, that is a Fender Dual Professional.
sickb2200 A chrome strap noob

Pretty sure it is for decoration purpose or Leo thought that it may save a hit to the speaker cone.

Greg is such a brilliant player so he has no playing insecurity. The jokes come from that.
What brand and model is that acoustic?

I have seen dozens of GK videos.. he is amazingly awesome, but I can't imagine dealing with his ADHD every day. Sometimes I wish he would just shut up an play.
This is just a small sampling - Tip of the Koch...
A place where you can store your guitars and eat fauna... raw. lolz
Is Greg married? We need to speak with his wife.

Cocaine's a hell of a drug!
His last name is literally Koch and yet you're still censoring other words? Weak. You should have more respect for your audience than that.
Fellas!
