Yea they should boost Rayleigh. No matter how good you are as a player, the other enemies can still one shot you after you perfect dodged another attack from another enemy. Playing this one is not even about the skills, it’s just not usable anymore.
i had him level 100 on my old account and would be constantly just focus on perfect dodges with him lol i like young rayleigh for his movement though. he traverses and has a projectile attack and one that hawks people at the flag rayleigh’s just a beast
just got back to SS with him, god I love playing this unit its been a pain to learn new units attack patersn and what not but holy shit nothing more fun then seeing a 50k perfect dodge non team buff crit

old rayeligh really needs to be buffed and the only thing that he needs to get buffed on is his normal attacks because his normal attacks are so slow

It is not a bad decision though i will say you can get 1.2k RDS till anniversary if you don't spend any 😊 but tbh my guess is just as good as your
