If u win the case than it's not 100% sure that you can get procedure normal from préfecture. Sometimes the préfecture didn't accept the court decision.For more information 07 63 95 18 39. U can contact me.

@glauben7596 yes,there is chances to get a normal.In the year 2018 when I was dublin procedure and I won the case and I got a procedure normal.But these days sometimes the préfecture didn't accept the court decision.
