As someone who has struggled with chronic pain since the age of twelve, and had twice this last year where I nearly died, this song was the healing I needed but had no words to pour out. I kept thinking back to when I was at that point where I didn't know if I'd pull through, but I did, and it reminded me no matter how long I have, I'll pull through until I'm called back to my ancestors.
Your words are so precious for us: they honor us, and we are so grateful for them. It's Camilla writing now, and I think I can understand, even just in part, what you're talking about, but surely you seem to have walked on this path in a harder way than what has been for me. I am just so sorry to read that you had and have to face all this; but I am also glad to perceive the strenght, the will that your words evokes. Pain and hardship is often what gives us a greater capacity to feel deeply and empowers us to live bigger and experience life more intensely. It never feels like it at the time, and it's easy for a person like me to say when they're not feeling it, but it's truly a gift. It is a similar situation for me with the Chronic Pain, a Past marred with suffering has left my body struggle and though every day is pain I find it a strange comfort in knowing one day I won't have to battle anymore. Until then, fight I must and fight I will.
This is the first time I've listen to the song and the band. I love songs like Gra, Healing Mountain, Snake Pit Poetry, Helvegen, Anoana. All these songs give me a sense of primal energy and a sense of where I truly belong. But this song is different. It resonates within my being, it energizes and transports me to where I feel my soul belongs. I can't tell you where that is - but I close my eyes when I listen to this, I am no longer in flesh - I am in spirit somewhere else, somewhere powerful and somewhere that is raw and primal! No fear is felt, only peace and contentment! I want to hear more, learn more! Thankyou!!

I've been listening to many songs and reading many comments for the past 5 years and looking back at the lyrics, almost all the songs affect the people in the way the words are spoken, even though many don't understand these ancient and strong languages. With this song, many people draw hope and feel returned home which directly coincides with the lyrics of this song. It also heals others and spreads hope of returning home to our ancestors, which is something I personally felt and I could hear Connor, Paul, Jacob, Þjólfr, Ívarr, and many more of my ancestors and family call me home to them in this song. With songs like Lyfjaberg, a lot of people felt healed and unburdened as if they truly were ascending the Lyfjaberg. Words truly are so primal and powerful and the songs we make from them can affect people in the way they're spoken. It's....amazing to me. Anyway, thank you for making this song. It's very seldom when I clearly hear my ancestors call me home to them in our halls, but here, I heard them as if they were sitting next to me.

Please let the woman in your video know that I thought she played the Tagelharpe perfectly. But yes, think the evocation of languages is often too underestimated. Some people are very proficient with it though and can understand parts of languages without trying whereas others, it's more subtle but the song still affects them in a certain way that's being spoken. @@atergolupi Hi 👋, sorry to hear that someone vandalise the sculptures, I presume the sculptures are made out of driftwood, And then to collect them obviously takes time and effort especially as some of them look very big, Then to have a vision to be able to create a piece of art, I’m now retired but I used to have my own business as a specialist joiner cabinet maker, And it used to give me great satisfaction in designing and making something for somebody that will last for hundreds of years hopefully, I listen to the music through a pair of transmission line loudspeaker cabinets that I built back in the late 70s early 80s they are quite big approximately 1 1/2 m in height 30 cm wide and 37 cm deep, I just recently replaced the driver units in the cabinets as one of them had blown, So I was looking for certain types of music to listen to and came across your tutorial on amazing Chants and music, The music sounds amazing as you can probably imagine it gives a sense of presents very deep bass. As someone who has struggled with chronic pain since the age of twelve, and had twice this last year where I nearly died, this song was the healing I needed but had no words to pour out. I kept thinking back to when I was at that point where I didn't know if I'd pull through, but I did, and it reminded me no matter how long I have, I'll pull through until I'm called back to my ancestors.
Your words are so precious for us: they honor us, and we are so grateful for them. It's Camilla writing now, and I think I can understand, even just in part, what you're talking about, but surely you seem to have walked on this path in a harder way than what has been for me.
I am just so sorry to read that you had and have to face all this; but I am also glad to perceive the strenght, the will that your words evokes. We couldn't be happier reading that our music could have even just a little part in making you feel a little better!

It is a similar situation for me with the Chronic Pain, a Past marred with suffering has left my body struggle and though every day is pain I find it a strange comfort in knowing one day I won't have to battle anymore. Until then, fight I must and fight I will.
This is the first time I've listen to the song and the band. I love songs like Gra, Healing Mountain, Snake Pit Poetry, Helvegen, Anoana. All these songs give me a sense of primal energy and a sense of where I truly belong. But this song is different. It resonates within my being, it energizes and transports me to where I feel my soul belongs. I can't tell you where that is - but I close my eyes when I listen to this, I am no longer in flesh - I am in spirit somewhere else, somewhere powerful and somewhere that is raw and primal! No fear is felt, only peace and contentment! I want to hear more, learn more! Thankyou!!

I've been listening to many songs and reading many comments for the past 5 years and looking back at the lyrics, almost all the songs affect the people in the way the words are spoken, even though many don't understand these ancient and strong languages. With this song, many people draw hope and feel returned home which directly coincides with the lyrics of this song. It also heals others and spreads hope of returning home to our ancestors, which is something I personally felt and I could hear Connor, Paul, Jacob, Þjólfr, Ívarr, and many more of my ancestors and family call me home to them in this song. With songs like Lyfjaberg, a lot of people felt healed and unburdened as if they truly were ascending the Lyfjaberg. Words truly are so primal and powerful and the songs we make from them can affect people in the way they're spoken. It's....amazing to me. Anyway, thank you for making this song. It's very seldom when I clearly hear my ancestors call me home to them in our halls, but here, I heard them as if they were sitting next to me.

Please let the woman in your video know that I thought she played the Tagelharpe perfectly. But yes, think the evocation of languages is often too underestimated. Some people are very proficient with it though and can understand parts of languages without trying whereas others, it's more subtle but the song still affects them in a certain way that's being spoken. But thank you very much for making this song. It's not often when I feel connected to myself and my family through music. But this was perfect 🙂

We're so sad that, a few days later those sculptures have been vandalized ... people are sometimes incomprehensible. We are happy to have at least been able to immortalize them in our video and, we are sure, the sculptor will give them back the life they deserve! 🖤
@@atergolupi Hi 👋, sorry to hear that someone vandalise the sculptures, I presume the sculptures are made out of driftwood, And then to collect them obviously takes time and effort especially as some of them look very big, Then to have a vision to be able to create a piece of art, I’m now retired but I used to have my own business as a specialist joiner cabinet maker, And it used to give me great satisfaction in designing and making something for somebody that will last for hundreds of years hopefully, I listen to the music through a pair of transmission line loudspeaker cabinets that I built back in the late 70s early 80s they are quite big approximately 1 1/2 m in height 30 cm wide and 37 cm deep, I just recently replaced the driver units in the cabinets as one of them had blown, So I was looking for certain types of music to listen to and came across your tutorial on amazing Chants and music, The music sounds amazing as you can probably imagine it gives a sense of presents very deep bass.
