the song that starts at 22:40 is....mesmerizing, hauntingly beautiful. I felt like i was being put under a spell. It actually reminds me a bit of the main theme song from Bram Stoker's Dracula from 1992. Dark, eery, but stunning and heart wrenchingly beautiful.

That is Indus by Dead Can Dance. It is worth checking out their entire discography, they are a phenomenal band.
