I was a teen during the 80s. When I look back at that period I am always amazed on what freedom there was back then. Although I was 13 when Divine became famous I loved her songs. Me being a kid I really hadn’t got a clue the she in reality was a man in drag. I also liked Boy George, he was not really dressed in drag but his ensemble was quite remarkable. Glenn Milstead was one of those talented people that had to leave us much to soon.
