This was a tricky video & I was a little scared to do it, as I may be wrong in places - so I'm sorry in advance. Also while editing I realized I said we didn't see what happened to Voldemort's body in the movies, but we did. I meant as in we didn't get Voldermorts body because it just disintegrated - there must another scene that didn't involve it disintegrating, which would have been much cooler.
Also i understand that in the books their was a class about the thestrals but i was saying it would be cool & comedy for the movie to see how they would do it.
Last thing: I know i said the scene when Harry smashed up Dumbledore's office would be after Dumbledore's death, i know in the books Harry did this after Sirius's death but i believe the movie makers would natural do it after Dumbledore's because it would fit perfectly after Harry chasing Snape. When Sirius dies i like how it ends the movie in the Ministry Of Magic & not in Dumbledore's office with Harry smashing stuff up. Anyway hope you enjoy - love you all 💚

I just saw you acknowledged the Voldemort death scene, so I retract that correction.
Also, I think you're correction about when Harry destroys Albus's office is accurate, and my correction is false. I believed he trashed the office after DE Snape revealed the prophecy to the DL, but in fact, on that occasion, Harry only strongly considered trashing the office. He refrained and elected only to yell and curse at the headmaster, as he still hoped to accompany him to the cave, and perhaps he thought breaking things would have made Albus rethink inviting him along. Cheers.

There's a deleted scene on youtube of Tonks running up to Lupin during or just before the battle of Hogwarts and Lupin says "You shouldn't have, Teddy needs you!" half happy half worried (I think) Tonks kind of jumping into him hugging him, replies. "He'll sleep till dawn and snore like his father, it's you who needs me tonight," I'm more sad about them dying then Fred's and btw J.K.Rowling killed Tonks and Lupin off because she didn't kill Arthur Weasley, I'm like, F him! Kill Arthur, I'd prefer Tonks and Lupin over Arthur any day! Also, I wish they mentioned Teddy more in the movie more than once. They even cast an actor to play Teddy in the epilogue. I'm not sure why he was never int he movie. :)

Uh.. Hagrid DID do a lesson on thestrals. It happened in Order of the Pheonix. And he asked who could see them, and like 3 or 4 kids could. It was a cool lesson.

Peeves. Need I say more? The biggest flaw of the entire series is not putting him in them. Yes, I know they had a reason- everyone kept laughing. In my opinion, I don't see why that was a good reason to remove him.

Actually, Lucius going to Azkaban is in Half-Blood Prince, but it's kind of an Easter egg because you can notice it in the newspaper Harry is reading in the very beginning; it's just a picture of Lucius and it says "Azkaban's Latest Resident".

The 'Sirius Black Attack' (I think) is when he was in the boys' dormitory with a knife over Ron.
I think that krum being at the wedding would have been nice in the movie. Because that's thanks to him getting angry at luna's dad for wearing the deathly hallows symbols, that they understand the relation with Grindelwald and the symbol and also makes them go visit luna's father later in the last movies, so they understand more about this symbol.

There is so much that they missed that could have made it so much better.

Amazing video! So many interesting things that they definitely should've included, at least in the deleted scenes. Let's hope they will release them some time in the future :) Oh, andmen in the books, Hagrid does have a lecture on thestrals! I can't remember the details, but it wasn't a very great class.. and sone slytherin boy, maybe Theodore Nott, could see them as well as Harry!
The scene you mention at 13:11 might actually be referring to Harry trashing Dumbledore's office after Sirius is killed because McGonagall is with Harry in her office after Dumbledore dies (book) and in OotP when they're in the office after Sirius's death Dumbledore say to Harry (who's smashing things up), "By all means continue destroying my possessions. I daresay I have too many.”

I watched the movies before the books too! I don’t really regret it though. I’m a book worm so I would have still read the books. I like to be wowed by the movie and then be completely blown away by the book.
I wish the Mcgonagall v. Umbridge scene in Mcgonagall's office. Omg that scene is my favorite in the book because it was such a mood
Snape's worst memory was in the movie. It was used in Harry's scene when he did occlumency to Snape. In the book, it was in the pensieve
They do show Lucius is in Azkaban in the sixth movie, if you watch when Harry is reading the newspaper carefully, you´ll see an article about it
The Sirius Black attack (Poa) is when he stands over Ron holding a knife and slashing Ron's curtain
Also I think they should show more Azkaban because I feel like some background on Barty Crouch Jr. Just the whole thing is so beautiful
I read the books TWICE before I watched the books, now I am reading the books for the fifth time.
Something that's royally annoyed me from the movie series (because of their glaring absence) in particular are the following:
1.) In Prisoner of Azkaban you have to have read the books to fully realize that the Marauders *were* Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot, and Prongs. They were James Potter and his friends. In the book, Lupin said of the map, "Of course I know how to use it. I helped write it!"
2.) In Goblet of Fire Harry Potter GAVE his triwizard earnings to Fred and George to help them build their joke shop. Were it not for Harry's Help, they may never have opened Weasley's Wizard Wheezes, and there wasn't ever so much as a nod to this effect.
3.) In Order of the Phoenix, there should have been mention of the two-way mirror that would have avoided this whole catastrophe, also the dialogue between Harry and Dumbledore in his office after the fact. The destruction of Dumbledore's property, and his explanation and minor breakdown where Dumbledore covers his face. I also wasn't too chuffed with the EFFING up-tempo music at the end of it. Sirius was just killed, and they play my favorite tune, which is lively, up-tempo, and wonderful, and it's being played after one of the most devastating deaths in the whole series. Smewth...
4.) In the last movie (The Deathly Hallows: Part II): The final fight was Hollywood-ized. Everything has be so extreme now. Beyond larger than life. The long dialogue between Harry and Voldemort as well as the explanations with Harry and Dumbledore would have been worth the time. I didn't like Bellatrix being vaporized, and I didn't like Voldemort being vaporized.
Still enjoy the movies and as an old fart I get misty eyed seeing the kids grow up. Love the books and movies, but some of those omissions are horrible.
The Sirius Black attack they talk about in POA was most likely the time in the book after he'd had Crookshanks steal Neville's written down passwords and got into the Gryffindor dorm and tried to kill Wormtail but instead he scared the shit out of Ron. I'd imagine that's what they were getting at. Which I would have loved to see.
Had to rewind the intro at first cause i thought she didn't say 'Whats up muggles!' and i was like ' No. Thats impossible.'
My step father added the special effects for the locket exploding and a few other scenes ❤️

Pretty pure at the start of HBP we see harry at the train station reading the daily prophet and it has a bit about Draco and Narcissa leaving a trial (I can’t remember if Lucius is mentioned or if we’re expected to work it out that it’s Lucius’ trial)
The Sirius attack scene was when Sirius breaks into hog warts and attacks the paintings in the Gryffindor common room.
Actually, Harry trashes Dumbledore's office in Order of the Phoenix. This was because he was mad that Dumbledore left him in the dark and he was still grieving Sirius's death. (He snapped)

With the Tattoo man thing, I read something about how Dan and Rupert pranked Emma by having a man covered in tattoos stand in the window of a shoppe in Knock-Turn Ally. IDK if they filmed it, but that is was I reckon they mean.

Something that really annoyed me about the movies is that they needed to split the Deathly Hallows in 2 but the Order of the Phoenix is the longest book.
