THIRD QUARTER REGINA REAL ESTATE UPDATE

As promised here's the latest Regina Real Estate update. Simply put, the boom has slowed down, and although sales are lower, prices are still up and might continue to move upwards in the next couple of months. The downside is that inventory is climbing as well, and so are the days on market, so we will have to see what happens over the next couple of months.

HI, its tough to say for sure, but new sales should be on par with the resale market....that's assuming you've done things like finish the basement, yard, etc.
