While I can easily see a 5.5 hour highlight coming from just how much he played LAD, probably for the best that it be more like The Irishman in time instead of a Movie trilogy lmao. Appreciate all the work you do in making these, they're great for catching up before new releases!
Frankly, as a TH-cam frog I have only watched the highlight edits of Ray playing Yakuza games. Several realizations: - I still can barely grasp the storylines in general - Tojo clan this, arwa-something clan that… 😂 - I get hyped for all the hype moments alongside Ray and chat - whenever we see Majima or Kiryu (dad), crane game, Karoke, “Ono” and such - side quests in these games are so silly it’s absurd - speaking of absurd - this game takes it to the next level with the “summons” mechanic. Some of these had me rolling hahah 😂😂😂 It’s weird being a fan of a game series you only watched someone play, but not play it yourself. Shoutout to light, Jamie and the rest of the TH-cam gang for making this possible for us

Judgment is not on that every 6 months schedule, I’m pretty sure. However, this only came out before 3, 4, 5, and 6 because ~algorithm~ plus it makes sense considering Ichiban first starred in Yak 7: LAD
Some people sit down and watch like 24 hours or whatever of the directors cut of LOTR. One day I'm gonna sit and watch the Whole Yakuza series through Rays compilations

Seeing a lot of the multi hour highlights and monthly top clips subtitled always makes me wonder what video took Jamie the longest to subtitle cause while I know this definitely took a good bit of time, I could only imagine how long the it might take to subtitle a highlight or certain clips where there’s a lot going on and Ray and the gang are all talking over each other. Thank you Jamie for the all subtitling that you do on these and Light for highlighting this absolute mammoth of a playthrough!
This one honestly wasn't too bad compared to some I've done! The longest I believe has been Bioshock (TH-cam messed things up REAL bad with the timings and it took like a week to fix on top of the original work) and Kiwami (TH-cam also messing up and it used to be a lot worse than it is nowadays in regards to subbing the Japanese parts). However, I am STILL working on the RE6 highlight which is an absolute heft of work because of the length and having to sub/denote Andy's parts as well. I'm still not sure when it'll be done bc I'm just going back to it when I have time between new vids, but it will definitely be the longest haha. Thank you for watching :)

Probably one of my favorite Yakuza/LAD games, that whole revelation of the coin locker baby was one of the biggest plot twists I never expected.
Not only this is a fun highlight but also a good "catch-up" to play Infinite Wealth
