    This sounds exactly the program I did a few years back… shots … then phetermine. I lost 80lbs. And keeping it off. However, I’m not being negative I’m fully in support of what you want to do. But I found myself addicted to the phentermine I thought I would gain weight back… and when I got off .. I DID.. freaked me out I got back on stayed back on phentermine. I’ve been on it for 5 yrs now at first bam.. weight came off then like everything it slowed way down and was losing nothing… then my heart started fast pulsating and then it started to hurt like a heart attack!!!!!! Went to Er and they told me the phetermine affects THE HEART… please ask those questions they had to add another pill to straighten out my heart…METOPROLOL! I’m trying to ween myself off the phetermine.. please just ask a lot of questions. Again not meant to be negative just concerned due to my story.. but everyone is different. Sorry for the long story. ❤

    Thank you for your honesty, it's like watching a friend! I've struggled with weight issues my whole life. I noticed a couple of other people mentioned it, but one thing that really helped me a lot was getting off of the frozen dinners like Lean Cuisine. They're overly processed with lots of hidden sugar and salt. They were always so convenient for me to take for my lunch, I'm an elementary school teacher, but when my doctor told me to get off of them due to some stomach issues I had I was amazed at the difference it made with my weight and how i felt! Just something to think about! ❤

    You're doing great Sherri and even my daughter tells me (she's a diabetic nurse) that it's okay to treat yourself once in awhile but in moderation. It sounds like you are doing that. You're doing really good and I hope you don't beat yourself up if you have a few cheetos. I appreciate & respect your honesty about mental health and medication. The stigma is getting better but unfortunately is still there. It'd be the same as shaming a diabetic for taking their medication. Thanks for the update. 💜

    Hi Sherri! I'm proud of you girl. Weightloss is hard as hell. I've had a weight problem since I had my second child 41 years ago. I've been on every diet and even had lapband done 16 years ago. None of it has worked. I've got serious autoimmune diseases and I'm on a lot of meds. I've taken antidepressants since I was 18. I still get those dark clouds from time to time but I learned cognitive therapy and pretty much can pinpoint what's causing it then can evaluate and talk and pray myself out of it. I take Cymbalta and Welbutrin for my depression and anxiety. I have never tried Prozac and I may want to look into it. We should never be ashamed or ridiculed for taking care of our mental health. Sometimes meds are all that work for depression, anxiety, weightloss. Stay strong, friend. Whatever you do or don't do you still matter, you're a beautiful human, and you are loved ❤

    Sherry, I love your honesty! I tried the Wegovy and it didn’t work for me. I have the same issues as you do. Right now I’m taking phentermine. It seems to keep me from binge eating. I’ve lost 53 lbs since last July. I feel so much better. Got on the phentermine because my weight loss was stalling. I live alone so the frozen meals would be a good plan for me!
    I’ve struggled with mild depression through the years. I’ve taken Prozac before but right now I take a low dose of Cymbalta. It helps so much. I’m going to start again writing down what I eat like you do. Keeps us accountable. As we are eating less we are learning how to eat healthy.

    It sounds like you’re doing great! I also eat mostly frozen meals, for dietary reasons but also because of health issues I need something really easy to eat. I lost 40 lbs on Ozempic and the frozen meals. I eat occasional meals with the family, or add fruit and vegetables like you. Fruit popsicles are very satisfying and low calories. Good luck.❤

    I had to start taking Lexapro last year. My stress levels got so high I had to up the dose this month. I felt bad that I had to ask for more, but it's helpful. Don't feel bad about needing your Prozac. If our chemicals are out of whack from stress or whatnot, we need to fix it. 😊

    I just took my 4th shot of selmaglutide tonight. Next week i go up to .5. Ive lost 10 pounds, but it fluctuates pretty easy, so im thinking its water weight, but ill still take it. I too am a big eater, but... have notice i eat half of what i use too. I do have to start making better food choices tho. That will start this week.... i just wanna say thank you for making your journey public. You inspire so many of us. Keep going.

    Im 9 months on Mounjaro. 92 pounds down. I don't overthink it. I don't count anything I just eat less. I take welburtin with mine. Keep up the great work

    I agree going w out scale. Some people become hooked or even obsessive. I go with how my clothes fit. Just what works for me. We are all different body types.

    I'm proud of you for just the effort and being a wear , my sweet friend. My mom always said you didn't get that big over night and it won't go away over night. Don't beat yourself up over the small things, aldays are different.pray and smile, all that matters is your health is good.     I don’t know why this video didn’t show up yesterday. I’m glad you’re being truthful with us on everything. I’m sorry some people leave rude comments. You are making progress. I heard someone on television say “Progress, not perfection “. It doesn’t happen overnight. I’m glad to see that you eat light Greek yogurt. I had some health issues a few years back. My doctor suggested protein rich breakfast. I started eating 2 light Greek yogurt’s for breakfast almost every morning. My next doctors appointment she said to keep doing what I was doing because it was working. Everyone is different. You do what works for you. Ignore the negativity.

    I have to take a pill or pills for mental health. I have struggled with anxiety most of my life I am 61 and still have to take medication for this and there’s nothing wrong with that all the years I have been married to my husband he still does not understand and it’s hard, it’s really hard I don’t even drive anymore. My anxiety is so bad but I take one day at a time and you do that too baby. Take it a day at a time. It will all work out. Love you so much you’re so good at what you do and we all love you .

    I have same issues as you. Meal prepping your meals (for example on Sunday for the week). Made a difference and not cooking or preparing 2 meals. At McDonalds, I’ll eat the bigger burger double 1/4 minus one bun piece, and have some fries.

      When i did Weight Watchers years ago and lost 50+ pounds the one thing we learned is if you are eating at McDonald’s EAT THE CHICKEN NUGGETS …not a burger AND SKIP KETCHUP AT ALL COST!! Way too much sugar!

You’re really eating healthy. Your meals look nice. You got me hungry for rotisserie chicken & cottage cheese!! That sounded so good! Sherri, whenever you go off the injections, you’re going to do just fine. It’s healthy choices, & moderation. If you get hungry for McDonald’s, have it. You’ve already cut back on it.     I am so proud of you! You are right, do not weigh yourself right now, it will eat you up! I have a few people in my life right now that drive me crazy with the scale . I threw one away a few years back because my husband kept weighing himself and then beating himself up. You are Beautiful inside and out! You need to keep putting one foot in front of the other and focus on you! Do not let mental health issues ever be a fear or a problem! 2/3 's of our world have a mental health issue ( and are too proud or ashamed of it) . Do not ever be ! This world needs people like you in it! Express yourself and better yourself everyday. Bottling all of this up just keeps the vicious cycle of what the world needs to learn to accept and work on, behind a screen! ❤ya!

    Love you Sherri and an proud if you ❤ My dose if 1 mg is not working so my doctor is going to try a 2 mg dose. There is no prefilled injector pen inbetween 1 mg and 2 mg. I've been eating sweets and carbs. I'm a little concerned about a w mg dose. I'll let you know if I have any sude effects. Keep up the good fight hun. Smooches 💋 xoxo 😘 💖

    I started a new antidepression drug three weeks ago and it is the best i've felt for years. My co-pay is $54.00, but i will make it happen. And a surprising "side effect" is my vision improved. I am blown away.
    You are doing fantastic. Trying new med combinations and recognizing that you HAVE made strides. It is still early days of this journey. big hugs A

    No apologize for having to take Prozac. It is used for people with chemical imbalances. And if you are depressed you will eat.

    You should look up the Diabetic plate method to help you along because it teaches you to eat the right foods. BTW grapes have a lot of sugar. They aren't helping your journey.

    You are awesome. You are putting yourself out there and giving us hope. I started semaglutide because I follow you. I have Insurance but I have to self-pay. My insurance feels an A1C of 6.3 isn't high enough. Semaglutide is helping me intermittent fast and I have Dr. Jason Fung on autoplay. Thank you so very, very much. Deb.

    I just want you to know that I truly admire you! You have never give up on your weight loss journey. You have always picked yourself up and kept on trucking! There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with having to take a “happy pill”. I take Wellbutrin and it seems to quiet the food noise for me for the most part. I have been on Prozac and others as well. And you have changed your eating habits. In my case, I have been fighting this battle all my life. You don’t undo a lifetime of bad habits in one simple snap of the fingers. For some of us, the walk is much more difficult and what you are doing is not bad. It’s getting you over the hill and starting your metabolism AND yourself esteem. It would be so nice to not have a weight problem or depression or eating addictions and, and, and. But you have to play the hand you are dealt in life and for some, it wasn’t a very good one but you do the best you can with what you have. It’s easy for some people to make comments and tell you what you’re doing is bad. You are REAL Sherri. You are true and genuine and honest! How you do things will help someone way more than sugar-coating things and lying to your “public” about how tough this journey really is. They watch you NEVER give up and it gives them hope. That is what we need. Be you Gypsy ALWAYS! Thank you for sharing your battle with us. As I said, I truly admire you!     I do the same thing with over eating because of being raised in a home where you eat everything on your plate….I feel guilty if I don’t and then feel miserable after.

    Try not to make your own rules aka not doing what the doctor tells you. Your own way is what got you to the point where you need doctor's help.
    Overeating is easier to deal with; get a smaller plate and put little portions on it. I love eating out of my 'special' bowl because I can put exactly what I need to be a woman that weighs 149#.
    I share this with you as I have worked for over 4 years with people that are on a journey to healthy eating. And, (for the most part) I follow these choices myself. I also intermittent fast and only eat between 12 PM and 8 PM. I actually dropped 20# doing that! If I want to eat after 8, I either have a piece of chocolate, like one handful of M&Ms, but my biggest help is hot tea. If snacking is talking too loud for me, I just go to bed!
    Lean Cuisines suck because they don't have enough protein and you'll be hungry 30 minutes after finishing it. The rotisserie chicken is great!!!
    Find some hypnosis sessions here on YT that focus on weight loss and healthy eating, healthy choices, etc. and do that DAILY!!!

    Im not being rude...I am being honest! I have Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer and C K D...I was diagnosed 12 years ago and I am in remission for the second time ..if you are a nurse ( per the comment)you should know how important proper nutrition is! I find it very strange that not one doctor spoke to me about major nutrition changes through my journey until I had weight loss surgery. I have learned to be my own advocate and I am currently seeking a nutritionist that specializes in patients with health issues. My Bariatric nutritionist keeps telling me to eat more protein. I have CKD. That is the wrong advice! I have felt so much better when I took control of my own nutrition ..my blood work has improved immensely by making a lifestyle change. I am not being rude, I am being honest and I do not feel her weight loss clinic is doing her any favors. It us very expensive! I hope you can get insurance...you would be surprised how many low priced insurance offers are available these days. The nurse should of agreed with me how dangerous these diet pills are without the clinic knowing your health situation and doing the proper testing. Yes any weight loss is great! It should Always be more about your health!!!!! Just saying💞

    I want to thank you for your honesty and although we know McDonald’s probably isn’t a good choice we’ve gotta start some where, like if your gonna have McDonald’s then I think by eating half of what you would normally eat it’s a good start. This is just the start of your journey who knows later you may not even want McDonald’s. So continue taking baby steps and be proud that you only ate half of what you normally would. Your doing great . So happy and proud of you.

    Try the skinny girl salad dressings. They are pretty good and only like 5 calories for two tablespoons. I’ve been dieting since Nov. 29th and I’ve lost 56 lbs. as of this morning. So 56 lbs. gone in 3 1/2 months. Clothes are hanging some but I’m more active, going to the gym regularly walking at least a mile and doing upper body exercises so my arms aren’t flabby!     if you had to take heart rx would you? of course you would! you have an anxiety issue take your rx. I have been on it since 1998 and have tried to go off of it and let's just say I barely survived. love girl you doing outstanding

    I lost 16 pounds abf I hate getting on the scale at home bc my weight fluctuates went from 266 to 270; but stsying in that area. Im not having any success of losing much weight and i get discouraged... 😊❤.....but am trying still ...... Mary from Arkansas

    My Monjauro was just increased to 5mg and I've been feeling a little nauseous and I've been having headaches. But ill tolerate it because of the outcome. It's lowering my A1C but slow with the weight for now.

    My suggestion is to have an appointment with a psychologist, who deals with weight loss. Perhaps a group session with your family members, supporting your weight loss journey.
    Please stay away from fast food. It is not your friend.
    The way you describe your meal choices is not healthy behavior.
    Follow a healthy diet. Healthy Choices. Eat more healthy salads with diet friendly dressing.
    About having no insurance???
    Consider applying for social security disability benefits. It sounds like you have many issues that would allow you to qualify.
    I am a healthcare professional and do have a sense that you should be followed by a doctor or nurse practitioner and/ or psychologist.
    Who is giving you Prozac without proper counseling?
    I sincerely want you to succeed and achieve your healthy lifestyle goals.
    When you went to the Fair with Fefe, my heart was breaking at the difficulties you were having with walking 🥲

    Lean Cuisine just doesn't fill me up for dinner. Add vegetables Healthy Choice is bigger. A quarter pounder without the bun is a good choice for fast food with some broccoli. Make sure you eat enough. I don't cook much but am losing weight. It's the carbs that kill you.

    Processed foods are the worst thing to eat when you’re trying to lose weight. They’re full of chemicals.
    Stay away from all the fast food places, especially McD’s.
    Look into this cook book, please, the meals are healthy and cheap to make. The recipes have helped my husband loose weight in a healthy way. And I enjoyed them too. They are very filling.
    The book is “Farm to Table” by Taste of Home.
    And another great cookbook is “Cook it Quick” by Taste of Home.
    Trust me you will really love the meals and the desserts.

    Wow! 46,000 followers! I love your channel! Yes! Any change is a win! However.. Lean Cuisines are full of sodium alonh with fast food...too much sodium can stop you from losing weight.. .makes you retain fluid which is super unhealthy....I am so worried that you have not seen a doctor because even though I had insurance years ago I did not see a doctor of any kind because I never felt sick . I started gaining weight in my stomach and it was a very large Ovarian cancerous tumor .. I have been battling for 12 years so I am blessed but it has been a heck of a journey. I now also have Chronic Kidney Disease also among some other issues... I will preach to anyone to see a doctor if it can save their life!!! Nutrition is Sooo important! Prevention
    Is way better than the alternative!!!! Most disease has no symptoms...then if you have a clean bill of health you can make your lifestyle changes... TH-cam has great information!! Remember people do like your channel and will follow in your footsteps 😊

    Look into clean eating. Eat only whole foods. Healthy eating is also clean eating. Clean eating is eating foods that you prepare from scratch. No outside foods. You don’t eat processed foods that are high in calories, salt, fat and etc.

    I eat what i want but not much. Maybe 4 or 5 bites. My weaknesses is sugar! I wish I hated sweets!lol!
