Morning both. I loved this. Belton House looked absolutely beautiful all dressed up for Christmas. Loved hearing all of the history about the Christmas traditions too. Hi Dave and Dawn been looking forward to this after seeing your pictures on Insta! We recently research the history of the Christmas tree as was going to use it in our video but ended up going in a different direction! Was amazed to read it goes as far back as the druids and even Egyptians would take in their evergreen tree (palm tree in Egypt) to worship their god/sun god! The light trail is really lovely although we have only seen it this year in the daytime as it is quite costly so don't visit that each year. Hi Dave and Dawn been looking forward to this after seeing your pictures on Insta! We recently research the history of the Christmas tree as was going to use it in our video but ended up going in a different direction! Was amazed to read it goes as far back as the druids and even Egyptians would take in their evergreen tree (palm tree in Egypt) to worship their god/sun god! Learnt quite a bit more from your fabulous narration and other Christmas traditions and the place just looks stunning! Fabulous music choice, magical! Happy Christmas hope you have a fabulous time x

The sled in front of the house is a photo point, however the deer had blown over in the storm and hadn't been put back so it looked a bit random lol.
