Sultan Murad (Metin Akdülger) learns that Kösem Sultan wanted to kill him. Bağdat’tan dönen Sultan Murad, aldığı savaş yaralarıyla iyice takatten düşer. Hastalığı iyice ilerleyen Sultan Murad yatağa düşer. Sultan Murad’ın vaziyetinin kötü olduğunu öğrenen Kösem Sultan oğlunun başında bekler. Ana oğul hasta yatağında hesaplaşır.

@@harunsangels4103 in my opinion because they want to show 3 sides of Kosem, they initially presented Anastasia (Anastasia Tsilimpiou) with characters that still looked childish, unstable and just wanted to return to her hometown. Second, kosem (beren moment) in my opinion they changed the character from Anastasia to Beren because in the next episode they wanted to show Kosem's character who started strong after she realized if she loved ahmed, in the next episode we will see that kosem has children and the cold war will start with other sultan's characters (safiye, handan, halime, humashah, etc). And I think if played by Anastasia Tsilimpiou it is still not suitable because she still looks very young and she is not fluent in Turkish because she actually comes from Greek,without reducing the fact that Anastasia Tsilimpiou is also very good when playing anastasia / Young Kosem. Third kosem ( nurgul yesilcay )In episodes 31-60 they changed Kosem from Beren to nurgul. In my opinion because Kosem is no longer young, she has been around for 30 years in the palace and may not be suitable when Beren still plays kosem because she still looks very young. But Nurgul was also very good when playing Kosem. Kosem seems to be more resolute and stronger in dealing with problems, especially when her children die one by one. Kosem is a just a better name that everyone in the palace wanted to name her because of all she has done and the actress was changed because of the age and they also wanted a stronger actress to play the role of a sultana. Other then that i also dont understand the change of blonde to brunette.
