Agreed. She looked disheveled, was slurry and kept saying she was blown away, but never said she loved the movie. That movie could have triggered a relapse, no doubt about it. My brother was sober for 20+ years, was going through a divorce, started using again and was found dead just last year. He was a vibrant guy in his 50's. RIP Buck!

My mom was a big fan of Elvis so I was exposed to his music and movies early on. Elvis passed on my mother's birthday in 1977. I was six and remember my mom was heartbroken. My family has also unfortunately been affected by suicide. My 20 year old nephew took his life in 2016. I share these memories because even though I don't really feel in awe of celebrities, I feel as if I have a connection through these memories. I just want to give my heartfelt sympathy to all her family for this untimely loss. I hope her children uphold the wonderful legacy that her family holds for all of us.
I remember when she was born. It made a lot of people happy because her dad made us feel so good with his music, and his legacy would live on. Condolences and comfort for her grieving family. I can’t believe this. I was literally quoting her on a Michael Jackson video last week. As the biggest MJ fan, she was the dream. We all lived vicariously through her. She always had nothing but beautiful things to say about Michael and the fan community absolutely adored her. She was also Elvis’ little girl. I can’t imagine what the family is going through also with the untimely death of her young son. She only lived 4 years later than Michael and died in the same way- cardiac arrest. My heart hurts 😢

I can believe that's true. It can break you, the unexpected death of an adult child. In my family, my BiL had a devastating stroke after my niece died. Never recovered.

My mom was a big fan of Elvis so I was exposed to his music and movies early on. Elvis passed on my mother's birthday in 1977. I was six and remember my mom was heartbroken. My family has also unfortunately been affected by suicide. My 20 year old nephew took his life in 2016. I share these memories because even though I don't really feel in awe of celebrities, I feel as if I have a connection through these memories. I just want to give my heartfelt sympathy to all her family for this untimely loss. I hope her children uphold the wonderful legacy that her family holds for all of us.
I remember when she was born. It made a lot of people happy because her dad made us feel so good with his music, and his legacy would live on. Condolences and comfort for her grieving family. She was a good daughter who worked to ensure her father would have that legacy. It feels like a really said time for music right now.

I can’t believe this. I was literally quoting her on a Michael Jackson video last week. As the biggest MJ fan, she was the dream. We all lived vicariously through her. She always had nothing but beautiful things to say about Michael and the fan community absolutely adored her. She was also Elvis’ little girl. I can’t imagine what the family is going through also with the untimely death of her young son. She only lived 4 years later than Michael and died in the same way- cardiac arrest. My heart hurts 😢

And I'm sure if you or I were born into the same family, we would have taken the same route as she did. However, she lost her father as a child, her other grandparents, lost her son, which to a parent is a living NIGHTMARE, then lost her grandmother recently. That's a lot of grief to go through for any one. Money can't buy happiness and it can't cure grief...

I am totally shocked. I grew up in a time where after her father, Elvis Presley, passed away in 1977. It is like losing a part of the family. She have endured so much and I know that she is at peace. Love will help you be at peace. RIP.
