I'm the 60's when I grew up tattoos weren't a thing, my uncle had one on his arm from his Vietnam yrs piloting the F4 phantom, bikers gangs had them, but then 10 year old girls started getting them and it was different, I never felt the need for one. Whatever floats your boat
They weren't as common as they are now, but the oldest remains of humans we have found had tattoos. Tattoos are a very old concept, that spans many different cultures. From the Samoa, to the vikings, and beyond. Tattoos were definitely a thing when you were growing up. They just weren't common place for the average person, like they are now.
These guys make millions and they can definitely afford tattoos. Tattoos are very expensive. I will never get one because I don’t like being in pain when it’s unnecessary. My dad would probably disown me as well if I ever got one.
