안녕하세요 여러분 산으로 가는 롤플레이 전문 유투버 데이나입니다ㅎㅎㅎ사실 이 롤플레이는 얼마 전에 어스몰라디오에서 읽어드린 기억술사 책을 바탕으로 제작한 영상이예요 :) 그때 당시 이걸로 asmr 롤플레이 만들면 재밌겠다 싶어서 온 동네방네 만들겠다고 약속을 드렸던 영상이였죠.. 하하핳... 라디오 끝나고 신나게 시나리오를 소설을 참고하면서 막 써내려갔었는데요 막상 책에 있는 내용을 바탕으로 시나리오를 짜다보니(+저의 엄청난 연기력) 책으로 읽는 것과는 다르게 대사로는 매우매우 오글거리더라구요...ㅎㅎㅎ 그래서 반복된 시나리오의 수정과 재촬영의 결과가 바로 이 정체불명의 기억술사랍니다. 원래 인트로에도 영상이 훨씬 더 길게 있었는데ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 내용을 더 산으로 가게 도와주는 것 같아서 거의 다 짤라버렸어요... 막 찍을때는 너무 신이 나서 남의 기억을 매일 먹으면서 점점 더 프리키해지는 기억술사를 표현해야지!! 하면서 열심히 분장이라고 하고 했는데 다 찍고나니 전날 회식 갔다와서 숙취로 괴로워보이는 분 탄생ㅋㅋㅋㅠㅠ 영상 편집하면서 저도 깜짝깜짝 놀랐어요 아무쪼록 오래 기다리게 한 영상인데 애매하게 나와서 미안해요...빨리 다음 영상 업로드할게요ㅠㅠ항상 감사합니다 굿밤하세요 여러분!!
Hello Everyone :) Today's Roleplay is me taking your bad memory as a Memory Eater. This video was originated from a Japanese book I read in my ASMallRadio #5. I really want to tell you the English title but I couldn't find it. Basically the book is about a city legend that there is a memory eater who eats up one's memory if they are suffering from it. They only appear when you really want them to appear in front of you. I took a twist and made my own version of a memory eater. I will put up subtitle for this soon! * ASMR이란?
ASMR(Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) 이란 시각적, 촉각적, 청각적, 후각적, 혹은 인지적 자극에 반응하여 나타나는 심리적 안정감이나 쾌감 등의 감각적 경험을 의미합니다. 쉽게 풀어서 말씀드리면, 어렸을 때 엄마가 무릎에 머리를 앉혀놓고 귀를 파주었을 때나 미용실에서 미용사가 머리카락을 잘라주거나 샴푸를 할 때 잠이 솔솔 왔던 경험, 혹은 바다나 산 등의 자연소리를 들으면 마음이 편안해지고 안정되는 느낌을 받았던 적이 한번씩 있으셨을 꺼예요. 이런 여러 상황들 속에서 촉각,청각,시각 등등을 통해 편안함을 느끼게 되는 것을 "ASMR" 이라고 합니다
*ASMR 누가, 왜 들어요?
주로 영상을 보시는 분 들은 불면증, 수면 불규칙, 혹은 공부할 때 집중하기 위한 용도로 많이 사용하십니다. 단순히 마음이 편안해지고 싶거나 혹은 특정 소리를 좋아하셔서 찾아보시는 분 들도 있습니다. (팅글 팅글. 느낄 때마다 좋은 tingle을 찾아서 asmr 여행 삼만리)
ASMR?
ASMR(Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is a sensible experience like psychological relaxation or pleasant as a reaction of visual, touching, hearing, smell or recognition stimuli. For example, while your mother cleaned your ears or a hairdresser cut and shampoo your hair, you felt drowsy. Or when you go to the mountains or sea, you feel relaxed and calm through listening the sound of nature. This process is called ASMR which you feel comfort and relax under certain circumstances.
Who & Why listen ASMR?
Mostly, people who have insomnia, sleeping disorder and who want to focus on something, like studying, listen to ASMR. Of course, there are some people who want to be relaxed or who like to listen to certain kinds of sounds also listen to ASMR.

I just read a book called Gossamer (It's by Lois Lowry, definitely check her out!) and it's about these little creatures who collect memories and make dreams out of them and give them to a person who had the memory. And it's kinda sad at a few points but overall a great book! This video reminded me of it, thought I'd share.

제가 2014년부터 가위에 눌리기 시작했어요
그러다가 2016년 때 가위에 너무 자주 눌리고 어쩔 때는 심하게 가위에 눌려서 잠을 못 잘 때도 있었어요
그래서 노래를 듣고 자거나 라디오를 듣고 잤는데 그래도 항상 불안한 마음으로 잠에 들었어요
근데 SNL에서 ASMR이라는 것을 알게 되어서 당장 데이나 님 유튜브에 들어와 영상을 보게 되었고 그 뒤로는 편하게 잠을 잘 수 있게 됐어요
그때 이후로 쭉 데이나님 영상 잘보고 잘듣고 있어요❤

힘내면서 하루하루 살아가고는 있지만, 그럼에도 가끔은 너무 힘들어서 모든 걸 놓아버리고 싶을때, 차라리 전부 다 잊어버리고 싶다는 마음으로 들으면서 잠들어요.
