Seriously, Xander Mobus managed to give a character who's supposed to be mostly quiet so much personality. He's part of the reason Akira (his name in the manga) is my favorite "silent" protagonist as of now.
Lots of them are unused, and some are DLC lines that are used when Joker is wearing different outfits or using different Personas that belonged to other characters, for example he'll yell "IIIIIIT'S SHO TIME!" when using Tsukiyomi's Abyssal Wings, or "You need proper punishment!" when using Magatsu-Izanagi's skill Magatsu Mandala.
Factual Opinion Tatsuya downgraded to party member in Eternal Punishment and had full dialogue. Maya went from party member with full lines to a protagonist. Finally, Aigis in The Answer.
That kind of doesn't count for any of those honestly. They were either originally side characters, or most of their dialogue came from when they became a side character. Akira has only ever had a main roll. It's certainly better than a couple of grunts and yelling some persona names.
