1-> In case my name will not be selected in lottery , will they return full registration amount? 2-> In case my name selected in lottery but i don't like the plot location then what amount will br returned by authority? 3-> do i need to do a construction as well? If answer is yes then what is the criteria TO GET THE OC from the authority? 4-> will i able to sell the property?

Hi Kapil, here's a quick response to both your questions. 1) 120 sq meter residential plot will cost you around 20 lakh rupees. Form for residential scheme is 500+ 18% GST, irrespective of which plot size you go for. However, 10% of the total plot premium (2 lakh rupees in the case of 120 sq meter) will have to be submitted as registration amount along with your form. 2) a 450 sq meter industrial plot will cost you around 30 lakh rupees and the registration amount would be 3 lakh rupees. But to be able to apply in industrial category, you have to have long list of documents including your GST return details and your project report.

It depends where exactly do you live, if you live in janakpuri then yes it 100 km however , if you live in mayur vihar then its less than 50 Km

These are lease hold plots
Mostly, authority plots are on lease deed only.
