In order to "overdrive your siren" you would have to be travelling with a combined speed (meaning that the person's speed driving away from you would have to be added) of more than 767.269 MPH. Give or take based on humidity and other factors. But yeah. The speed of sound is much greater than that of a fire engine. People may not hear your siren because of a whole myriad of reasons, but "overdriving" it probably is not one of them.

keep in mind, they now require all personal to have helmets off inside a apparatus.

Came to the comments to say this! Having your helmet on while the vehicle is moving can break your neck if you have a hard stop.

What is an EVOC. Is it an online class or an offline class? How long is EVOC training? Do I need a driving license to learn this course? Will we have to drive a vehicle in this course?

EVOC stands for Emergency Vehicle Operator Course. Licensing requirements vary by state. Yes, you will have to drive an emergency vehicle to complete an EVOC course.
