I'm so proud of the man Lex has become.
Man when we were kids, no matter who our favorite wrestler was, we ALL wanted to look like The Total Package💪

Back in the 80s the big three on PPV a Mike Tyson fight, Wrestlemania, and Ric Flair vs Lex Lugar for NWA WORLD Championship.

It's really amazing how Lex Luger is able to remember everything. From the first time they met and wrestled against each other and all the crazy times on the road and all that stuff. The little put down at the beginning where Ric says Conrad knows more about wrestling more than Dave Meltzer which might be true even though I don't know that for a fact even if Ric says so. That little put down at the beginning was awesome.

Sting, Ric Flair, and Lex Luger were my all time favorite wrestlers. As a kid I was a big Hulk Hogan fan but as years went by he just kinda wore out his welcome so to speak. But Sting, Flair, and Luger were always my top guys to watch. In the last 4 months I had the pleasure of meeting both Sting and Flair at autograph sessions and it's just really cool to finally meet the guys I grew up watching all those years. I'm hoping to meet Lex next month in Dallas at WrestleCon. Hopefully he'll be there. I even named my jeep after him 'The Total Package'.

No matter what people say about Lex Luger he was actually to me a very solid heel and was probably better at being a heel than a baby face.

Yes he wa a heel on his last title run. After his injury his finisher was changed to running fourarm

I actually always preferred Lex Luger as a heel, some of his best work in my opinion was right after Ric Flair left WCW and went to the WWF, and Lex had that he'll run where Harley Race was his manager, and my opinion that was some of his best work that he did especially the Rivalry that they tried to build up with him versus Sting... but the WWF massively underused Lex Luger and the decision to push him as a Babyface for the entire year with the Lex Express only to have him win a match at SummerSlam by account out was absolutely ridiculous that just lost any type of steam that he could have had going forward as a Babyface... B should have known better, if you're going to build up somebody like that into a match going into the pay-per-view, he should have won the title.. and to this day he be in the WWE Hall of Fame

Love Ric, however Luger was just "a body" no wrestling skills. Glad Conrad kept quiet mot the podcast.
