Hiding comments on Instagram Live is the action of preventing comments in the live chat during a live stream broadcast.
This means neither you nor your viewers will be able to post comments during the Live stream.

To hide comments on Instagram live stream,
1. Go to your Instagram profile on your mobile device.
2. Tap on the "+" icon at the top.
3. Select the "Live" option to start your live stream.
4. Tap the "Live" button.
5. During your live stream, you'll see the comments section at the bottom of the screen.
6. Tap on the three-dot menu located on the right side of the comment box.
7. Select "Turn Off Commenting."
Once you tap "Turn Off Commenting," comments will be disabled for your entire live stream. Neither you nor your viewers will be able to post comments.
