You could but the energy required to dry it from 95% moisture to produce a low cost energy source doesn't work financially.

I’ve suffered bad allergy to mold which causes polyps in sinus. Surgery only solution and recently found out lemna minor (duckweed) is used to treat it. We own pond in In. Where it’s now growing in abundance. I’d love to know how I can dry or whatever to consume through the year. Any tips?
