I used google translate to translate a few parts of it.
They made the prototype for the top part out of an epoxy moulding putty. I dont think they said how they made the bottom part but by the looks of it, it's probably just a slab of acrylic or resin with other pieces (probably store bought decorations) stuck to it.

This is incredible, and thank you for the video. However, I don’t understand how you made the base hollow? Your video doesn’t show this.
My guess is that they just stuck another silicone mold into it once the first layer hardened
