The fact that all of the enemys play without QB vs prophet shows the max mmr of 500

This can be easily countered with eul, real problem with this stupid hero is you need to carry quelling blade late in the game and literally waste a slot of the inventory
Supports could buy force staff too, that's the way I counter it in late game

NP should be allowed to teleport to a visible area only. If the vision is lost the channeling should be stopped. There's no other way to balance the current state of the hero.
There is. Make teleport an ultimate.
Remove the ulti which doesnt make sense with his kit anyways.
We already have Zeus for that global ult.
Teleport should be a high risk high reward skill.
It's too strong and too abusable in pubs
