I saw "RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL" video a week ago, and right now in my esthetics class (now virtual), we are learning about toxic ingredients in daily used products. Ovarian cancer came up and it reminded me of this video. Ladies, please be mindful that ovarian cancer is a thing.
There are toxic ingredients in personal care products AKA cosmetic products that can put you at risk. Some of those dangerous ingredients include Parabens, Triclosan, Diethanolamine, Oxybenzone, Toluene, Polyethylene Glycol, etc.

ER nurse here, to clarify some uncertainties of the hospital/procedures:
1) That annoying beeping sound at around 3:50 is a ventilator/cpap/bipap/vitals machine alarm.
2) The thing they put in your throat was an endotracheal tube to keep your airway open during surgery.
3) The camera they stick in your vagina is a transvaginal ultrasound, and it's not a camera but a wand that sends high frequency sound waves to get images onto the machine.
4) They draw blood a few times throughout the day to evaluate your CBC (mainly hemoglobin since you were bleeding internally) and also CMP (your electrolytes [eg. potassium, sodium, CO2]) especially glucose since you weren't eating.

I think the beeping sound at 3:50 is not a Bipap or Ventilator, sounds more like a pulse oximeter or a vitals machine to me.
@@liiinduhhh She is very young with very little to no co-morbidities, so recovery rate is very fast. As long as the surgical sites are clear of infection/bleeding, pain is controlled, vital signs and labs are stable, she is ambulatory, then she is more than ready for discharge home.

*Omg alondra it's so sad that you had to go through that all alone my daughter who is 10 her appendix ruptured two years ago in December she complained about pain for a whole day and I thought it was "enpacho" but then she couldn't walk straight and sure enough it was her appendix her recovery was rough on her but she is good now..... Ovarian cysts are veryyyyy common. Most of the time, if they aren’t big, doctors will say to leave them be. If they get too big, they perform surgery to avoid them from rupturing. Glad your good girl!

Hokulani Nalani Lol you’re fine! Unless it starts causes a lot of pain like it did with her, they usually aren’t a threat. I was told they are very common and lost women have them. Mine weren’t cancerous and they weren’t big enough to rupture so they’d go away on their own. I will say, if you start feeling pain, get checked.
Yea my coworker and I have cyst there is 2 types water cyst and fat cyst the water cyst are fine they don’t grow the doctor will keep an eye on it if it starts to grow and keep growing that’s when your doctors will get concerned.

Oh my gosh I’m so glad you are getting better. I have had internal bleeding before they had to do emergency surgery but I got my spleeen removed now I have a horrible scar going down my stomach. I pray for fast recovery. 💜

Yes my husband is like this especially when I gave birth to my baby I had a csection and showering was very painful even to just lift my leg from the bathtub and my husband was there helping me shower and everything even staying up so late with my son just so I can sleep I will always be grateful for my husband and always thankful to my mother-in-law for raising such a gentlemen. Idk what I would do without my husband

I’m 17 years old now and I’ve had a ovarian cyst since I was 15 and I know exactly how you felt because I go through it a couple times every month and sadly I only have medication for it and can’t remove it for personal reasons I’m happy you got surgery and got it out and you’re doing better alo 🥺💘

After an ovarian cyst removal surgery it is recommended to be on bed rest/light duty for 6 weeks. Not carrying anything heavy. Watch your diet because your asomen is healing internally.

Your Incisions won't leave a lot of scarring. My mom went through having a cyst removed and her scars aren't noticeable there the size of a penny/dime even smaller now. Hopefully you have a fast recovery Alo and take care❤️🙏🏼

A cyst is more likely to rupture during strenuous exercise or sexual activity. If you have a health condition that makes you bleed easily, you will likely need surgery for a ruptured cyst.
