I don't dislike Jin but he's not really one of my favourites characters. I find him a bit too emo... His fringe doesn't really do it for me either, I prefer Kazuya & Heihachi as characters plus their hairstyles look better, I'M SORRY GUYS!! 😭

Azazel needed negative energy to comeout and Jin played the role to act of sometype of pawn for him and lure out his father Kazuya because he is one of the keys to bring out Azazel. You need 2 keys to bring him out and chaos aswell.
Jin Kazama was one of my favorites since Tekken 3 from my childhood I loved Tekken 3, 4, tag, 5, and 6.

Yes. He stopped using Mishima Style Karate and took up Kyokushin Karate after Tekken 3. Devil Jin retains his original style however.
