I watched your videos on the reg since before I went to college to pursue my dreams. And I still do. Afro 2 should've been #1 in this video. I (and some of my friends) was drafted out of college in senior year and micromanaged relentlessly. It was a kick in the teeth to work on that game. Its horrific release was my personal payoff for having suffered throughout its erratic production. I just gave up a lawsuit with my producer from that project for never paying me! It would've costed me too much to see it through. That said, I was really hoping you would've played it yourself. I'm glad it was taken off offline for the sake of my resume not looking like a fucking cow pie. Wayne grabbed a bunch of college interns here in NM, meeting once a week at an IHOP, with barely any direction or resources. Also, our creative director was a micro-managing DENTIST. The guy had no experience making games but Wayne gave him the job because he was a friend and a gamer. Meanwhile, Wayne himself kept randomly disappearing to CA to juggle with your project. No surprise, our 1st project never got finished and I quit half-way through the 2nd attempt. I feel for you guys.

According to Guru Larry, that 7.5gb patch for Tony Hawk 5 was the actual game. Activision apparently needed to get the game out before their license was up, so they shipped the disc with almost nothing on it and made the day one "patch" the game itself.

it's funny how Battlefield 1942, Battlefield Vietnam, Battlefield 2 and Battlefield 2142 all have better AI then Battlefield Hardline did... You could probably argue that they have better AI then basically every single Singleplayer game in battlefield after Battlefield 2142.

Not Cheating Dear fucking lord, the amount of times that has been said to me over my user name and how little that fucking means. I have seen names like "Solid Snake" or "Naked Solidus" who have ripped the game apart. True fans that love the series and don't like MGSV. My user name means NOTHING. For me, Fallout 4 goes on my personal list of worst games of 2015. I hate to say it. It PAINS me to say it. I just simply cannot give it a pass for as many faults as it has. I was really excited for a new Fallout, but as the game went on I got more and more frustrated. I could go on, but I'm guessing nobody came here wanting to hear my stupid opinion. Obsidian should be in charge of the Fallout franchise from now on...but that's wishful thinking. ...and yes, I do hate myself for saying that about F4.

When bad games crash, it's not because of a bug, but the game recognizing that you shouldn't be playing it, so it forces you to stop playing. Probably the best part of bad games.
First of all, dlc doesn't count as a game, if it did you should be also saying cod dlc game out this year too, second of all uncharted 4 is the only other really good game you could come up with.
Gotta disagree with GoW4. It was a regression on GoW3, which is the pinnacle of the series - I expect more and/or better. It did neither. Was busted on release, the scummy microtransactions (were the only thing fully functioning AND updated for the first 2 weeks) and the fact the PC version was DOA online. The campaign was alright, and they finally gave Marcus a personality (only took 4 games with him in) but the overall campaign design (enemies, levels, weapons, spawns, etc) were awful. Which made insane that more difficult because, in previous games, insane was challenging - but there was options, method to the madness. GoW4 was just a respawn-fest and demanded patience because it was entirely RNG if you'd get past a certain point. No excuse for it to not evolve from it's predecessor. No excuse for it to not being working at launch (Day 1 patches, or subsequent fixes are NOT okay. You wouldn't go a buy a car, then be told it'll be a week before they've tuned the engine and deliver the tires). And the fact they have 5 previous titles (1 of which TC actually worked on themselves, and f*cked up because they said they were too busying 'perfecting' GoW4) and yet they screwed up the game from bad spawns, map designs, weapons balancing and overall poor/glitchy mechanics... even when they have a formula that's been tried, tested and improved the work from. I'd put GoW4 up there with No Man's Sky with the most disgusting practice, and equally poor quality.
Revadarius yeah the micro transactions did piss me off, what's bad is I had a buddy of mine try to justify it by saying that all games are coming out with those, while that's mostly true it doesn't mean they had to because gears was supposed to be better than that. I got it on the one so I don't know about pc issues but I did hear that it was Batman arkham Knight levels of bad, which is a shame for sure because I know a bunch of people that had it for the pc. I will also agree with level layouts being retarded in spots, and one thing I will add is the fact that they seemed to make insane simply an exercise in frustration as the other games made the enemies smarter with a little more health, this time it appeared as though they made them bullet sponges and nothing else. With all that said I still have had a good experience even with the issues, but if this game was released in any other year it would in fact be average maybe slightly above but because 2016 has been a weak year it makes the game look slightly better.
I think that whole "turn the object your holding around to look at something on the back of it" in The Order: 1886 would have been really cool in a crime investigation game. Sorta like L.A. Noire or Phoenix Wright where you could look for clues on various sides of the pieces of evidence you collect, maybe throw in a couple Easter eggs why not.

Problem was, they hired Superman as an extra for the game, but he couldn't feel the bullets being shot at him so someone finally had to tell him to play dead. They didn't have the money to redo his mo-cap work so they left it in.
+Fallen Hero it's not really bad, but what they've done ne with its business model. Basically there is very little content, almost everything put behind pay wall, which is unacceptable for a full price release. The gameplay is really fun at first but as you play with more experienced players it becomes neverending game of cat and mouse with very little action in between. The lack of interesting game modes and lack of maps that don't all feel the same killed it for most people.

For me, Fallout 4 goes on my personal list of worst games of 2015. I hate to say it. It PAINS me to say it. I just simply cannot give it a pass for as many faults as it has. Gotta disagree with GoW4. It was a regression on GoW3, which is the pinnacle of the series - I expect more and/or better. It did neither. Was busted on release, the scummy microtransactions (were the only thing fully functioning AND updated for the first 2 weeks) and the fact the PC version was DOA online. The campaign was alright, and they finally gave Marcus a personality (only took 4 games with him in) but the overall campaign design (enemies, levels, weapons, spawns, etc) were awful. Which made insane that more difficult because, in previous games, insane was challenging - but there was options, method to the madness. GoW4 was just a respawn-fest and demanded patience because it was entirely RNG if you'd get past a certain point.
No excuse for it to not evolve from it's predecessor. No excuse for it to not being working at launch (Day 1 patches, or subsequent fixes are NOT okay. You wouldn't go a buy a car, then be told it'll be a week before they've tuned the engine and deliver the tires). And the fact they have 5 previous titles (1 of which TC actually worked on themselves, and f*cked up because they said they were too busying 'perfecting' GoW4) and yet they screwed up the game from bad spawns, map designs, weapons balancing and overall poor/glitchy mechanics... even when they have a formula that's been tried, tested and improved the work from.
I'd put GoW4 up there with No Man's Sky with the most disgusting practice, and equally poor quality.
Revadarius yeah the micro transactions did piss me off, what's bad is I had a buddy of mine try to justify it by saying that all games are coming out with those, while that's mostly true it doesn't mean they had to because gears was supposed to be better than that. I got it on the one so I don't know about pc issues but I did hear that it was Batman arkham Knight levels of bad, which is a shame for sure because I know a bunch of people that had it for the pc. I will also agree with level layouts being retarded in spots, and one thing I will add is the fact that they seemed to make insane simply an exercise in frustration as the other games made the enemies smarter with a little more health, this time it appeared as though they made them bullet sponges and nothing else. With all that said I still have had a good experience even with the issues, but if this game was released in any other year it would in fact be average maybe slightly above but because 2016 has been a weak year it makes the game look slightly better.

I think that whole "turn the object your holding around to look at something on the back of it" in The Order: 1886 would have been really cool in a crime investigation game. Sorta like L.A. Noire or Phoenix Wright where you could look for clues on various sides of the pieces of evidence you collect, maybe throw in a couple Easter eggs why not.

Yeah, I do agree that people expectations for video games these games are high. They're always building up this unnecessary hype which most games just can't live up to. Eg, fallout 4. Although expecting a game to have very few glitches and bugs as well as crazy micro-transactions and DLCs is fine.

Problem was, they hired Superman as an extra for the game, but he couldn't feel the bullets being shot at him so someone finally had to tell him to play dead. They didn't have the money to redo his mo-cap work so they left it in.

+Fallen Hero it's not really bad, but what they've done ne with its business model. Basically there is very little content, almost everything put behind pay wall, which is unacceptable for a full price release. The gameplay is really fun at first but as you play with more experienced players it becomes neverending game of cat and mouse with very little action in between. The lack of interesting game modes and lack of maps that don't all feel the same killed it for most people.
