Is granite igneous or metamorphic, most source recomended that granite is igneous but in NCERTGeography class11th Chap-5 page no-42 that Granite is both igneous and foliated and non foliated metamorphic rocks.

Sir middle part of mantle is Asthenosphere since upper part of mantle and crust becomes part of lithosphere. Correct me if I am wrong sir?

Only the upper part of mantle is known as asthenosphere where as combination of crust and upper mantle is known as lithosphere
