I remember encountering this while playing with my sisters
Along with turning into a noob for myth 3, you can also turn into a full grey man. This happens because I’m assuming that they are the default models and when servers are down/slow, they have trouble loading in your custom avatar, thus defaulting to those models.
The grey man is also rarer than the noob because the noob is caused by regular bus but the grey man is when the textures and models for the character failed to load in. There is another cause for the grey man and it is missing or corrupt roblox files.

I'm not sure if this is guaranteed, but if you respawn as a noob and use a checkpoint, it won't work

The 3rd myth (You can turn into a noob skin by resetting character) IS true, it's just based on how lucky you are and in specific server conditions.
You can already tell Myth #4 is true because there's a entire badge dedicated on getting Hole in 0.

3:00 turning into a new book by resetting is kind of hard but sometimes it's easy because when you reset you might get lucky and you might already turn into and that happened to me so one time when I was playing Roblox I resented my character which I actually died and then I turned into a noob

The noob skin DOES work but it happens randomely. I recommend playing a game with an instant respawn script.

Myth 3 it´s kinda true. Once i played a game and i died, then my skin turned into a noob. It was the same as i had a glitch one. But you need to have lucky on lags. And i have BIG lags and bugs when i play game like Flee the facility or Evade. So i need sometimes to restart the computer.

Third myth is actually true, because thia can occur when roblox has troubles loading your avatar or when you're lucky. But grey man is rarer but maybe it depends on your network. So third myth is actually true, everyone should have got this avatar..
The third one happened to me and it happened in Mr. grease game show but yeah it can happen (note it was because my friend where playing new games)

The noob skin IS true It happend when The script that load your description is too late or didnt run also humanoid description is an instance that have all your values like id of hats id of faces id of body type clothes and much more and It can load The description to any dummy so roblox first cteates a noob dummy and then uses description to skin like your avatar
I got this bug too from a game when I jump so high it's goes into the platform
The third myth is true its rare it only works on r15 I think so and you can equip items the are known to bug out too and start floating in the air witch it rare too
