@@leleli6973 on an EM/ER build it's very negligible damage actually, but as shinkamui said, his plunge has higher MV compared to Skill, so you'd generally either level both to 8-9 (even if it's negligible, it's still more damage on an unit that slots in so many teams, and if you build for Favonius you'll also have a bit of crit), or just leave them at low level. Kazuha does have a lot of personal damage even on an EM build, but mainly through Swirl, not that much from Motion Values (in Faruzan teams on the other hand, if you still like to use him as a flex, it's definitely worth leveling both Na and Skill)
