Screaming at them and embarrassing them in front of the other girls made them feel unhappy and unwanted. I cried with them during the reunion when Mrs Fox asked them questions about their feelings. They do not do well under pressure which is why they were loosing hope in their ability to dance. They themselves and their mother Selena have said this.
Baby they ate this season and made the world take notice. I was stuck on the traditional dance squads like the SU Dancing Dolls, JSU J-settes, ASU stingettes. But baby these Golden Girls came through this season. From their march to field show to ramp entrance. Them and Orchesis Dance Company are the ones to beat. I thank GOD for them going viral for their one dance routine.
Those practices are paying off because these girls look so good! Especially with so many freshman! If I didn’t know some of the Diana’s girls I would’ve thought this was a squad of vets! And shanti is a beast! Good job ladies!
I honestly never paid attention to this group until this year. You guys really do have a great group of freshman. I would have never guessed there were 9.
As a senior successful Black male it makes me proud to see how talented and beautiful our young Black women really are. My word of wisdom to all of you is once you graduate NEVER settle for minimum standards for yourself but continue to strive to be the best in your field. In order to reach the top it will take self motivation and stride to live a life of comfort. Lastly only hang around people with similar interest in order to keep each other focused on reaching your goals. NEVER allow yourself to get into a relationship in which your partner degrades you rather than help you achieve your goal. " Success Will Only Come If You Stay The Course". I hope my words of wisdom will be forever embedded in your subconscious. Good luck to all my HBCU QUEENS.

The Captain, Lashunti D is unstoppable. She moves so effortlessly. She makes it seem so easy. Also, Kurstin W. and Makya G. are amazing. You can tell the both of them works hard... I can see either of the two being Captain at some point. Kennedy W. is an excellent dancer as well. Great additions to the ASU family. This squad as a whole is fantastic....
I wish more teams would do this. The video is a movie! Shunti had 9 crabs and they were beasts!! Such a well balanced team! Keep excelling GGs! The coach knows the brand and I love how she called them her babies!
There is not enough of this -- places where black women can be gracious, glamorous, beautiful, smart, going to college and bettering themselves. Its a total package that doesn't get seen enough. I love how the team is always full of beautiful black queens bigger than toothpicks! My only issue is with their movements and stands, it seems as if they aren't taught to complete their movements and have control over their movements, hand placements, etc. The energy is there, the unique counts is there and the routines are there, but the precision is missing.

I have a crazy suggestion....I think you all should have a summer workshop with Traci Young Byron.....her buck and y'all buck are the best in the biz..... also I think she would take the squad technique up a whole.notch esp with 9 freshman .....y'all would be on a totally new level from any squad because you guys are already great and exciting....

I love how the team is always full of beautiful black queens bigger than toothpicks! My only issue is with their movements and stands, it seems as if they aren't taught to complete their movements and have control over their movements, hand placements, etc. The energy is there, the unique counts is there and the routines are there, but the precision is missing.
