Great deck but you can't call a deck that runs only 2 lightsworn monsters a lightsworn deck. Even if you call it zombiesworn. I give this deck a different name other than lightsworn.
Lightsworn, imho, is a really nice archetype... it deserves all this support, but not in this way... I'm tired of all these 60 cards deck, which makes no-lightsworn cards its engine; Also new link is ridicouls: a strong card, but it's better summon it with predaplants ._. make it weaker, but appropriate for a lightsworn and capable to giving more consistency (consistency, we need this, and not more explosive power)
So, I know I can't really compare my recent regional top with Zombiesworn to this kind of success, but I'm just not a fan of this build. There are too many ways to interrupt the best plays of the build. Ash Blossom stops nearly everything. With so many hand traps running around in the game, I think it's best to not rely so heavily on Grass, LAO, and the PredaPlant engine. Also, this can barely be considered a Lightsworn build at all..
Impressive set. Mill deck for sure. Calling it Lightsworn is laughable tho. It's like when you go to Taco Bell but the only thing Mexican is the guy making the food
the annointed one the guy still had to go through a bunch of Spyral and Pend Magician decks, so he deserves credit. The build is pretty smart, he realized everyone would be main decking tons of handtraps, so he made a super grind-y variant of Zombiesworn. And Zombisworn aren't too bad, they're probably the most overlooked deck in the current meta
the annointed one The format changed, Spyral is not tier 0 anymore and decks like Dinosaur and True Draco loss a lot of power. Is not strange see decks like this.
In your last YCS there were fucking darklords on the top tables, a guy that does not know that you have to wait to ogre the fuxking helix made it to the finals, gren maju won a feature match etc. European events are far far more competitive and you can see that when the american players get here. A guy from my locals won against furman..lol..
