hello Aleena hope you doing great. my concern is I passed my QnA expert subject test(80%) and the guideline test (90%)and also my degree uploaded was approved but the final KYC step was unsuccessful. I uploaded correct details of PAN ,VOTER ID and AADHAR card but then also my verification was not successfull. Kindly tell me the possible reason for that and what to do next. Its very important for me.

Aleena Rais ji I am trying to register myself at chegg.com. First of all tried for computer science subject and I failed. I wested my 2 chance. Then I take the test in electrical engineering. But due to some problem one questions is not shown completely so tried to reload the page. And all the questions are gone. Then I enter my email id and name again and completed the test. I have done all questions correctly and I passed the test.
So my question this- is it valid or not?
Second question - if due to some reason I do not submit test. Again take new test then this will be considered as first attempt or second?

Yes it is valid and safe, I earned and even my sister earns from it.
I believe if you do not submit test, your attempt from that mail ID will still be counted, but this never happened with me.

I tried to register but there are some problems coming in way like when i try to put my qualification on the degree bar there is neither B.A nor M.A . As i have done masters in English and for that there is not a single way to get on to the next page. Somehow i managed to get to the next page i didnt find my subject there.
