We didn't try the prescription version but Bolle offers prescription options for most of their sunglasses. I wouldn't expect the experience to be any different with the prescription versions.
Good question - we have the Crystal Navy Matte / Phantom Clear Green combination, but I've assumed the frames are black upto now. It is only when you shine a light through the sunglasses do you see the blue color. It s a good looking color combination though, essentially matte black frames with green lenses that become more mirrored with UV exposure.
Thanks for your review!
No problem. Glad it could be useful for you.
thanks for this review
You mentioned prescription for one of the sunglasses in the comparison. Did you try prescription for the chronoshield?

Are these the black or navy colored frames?
*Edit* I enhanced and see that they are the matte navy. Any commentary on the frame color?

Not all styles have to come back. There are some that shouldn’t. 😏
Cheers
VLT - 9% to 62% (light transmission).
Where are these made?
I don't know about all of Bolle's products, but the Chronoshields actually says "Made in Italy" on the right temple.
