    "I'm going to take a break and think about the error of my ways" lol that's a daily mood. Also if you're not throwing snowballs at your bike you're doing fun wrong :P

    5:45 - the same thing happens to me every time lol, I just go out for a little ride around the house with one battery, and it turns out to be an awesome ride for a few hours _(with unrecorded footage ofc ~_~ )_

    I’ve ridden my friend’s Adv 390 and it’s seriously fun. I am planning to get a used one soon as there might be an updateD version coming out in probably a year’s time.
    Bring a long time owner of this lightweight machine, would you recommend buying the current generation bike or wait for the upgraded version as and when it launches.

      It kinda depends on what you want to do with it. If you want to really push it offroad, I would wait for the new model with optional spoked wheels to hit dealers. If you're using it primarily for other purposes like general adventure, motocamping, commuting, sporty riding, the current generation will do you just fine. All of the 22' and up models have the Offroad mode where traction doesn't reset every time you stall or re-start the bike, unlike my 21' and all earlier models. So if you're offroading and you buy the current gen, you will already have that advantage.
      Essentially, I think it comes down to whether or not you feel like you're going to offroad hard enough that you would want the spoked rims...

      @@FreeTimeAdventures Thanks a lot for the quick response buddy. I do plan to try out some gnarly stuff like hitting single tracks, trying jumps etc. Although the 2023 SW version will be manufactured in my country, India, itself, the dealers yet don't have any clarity about the arrival times. Since I can save nearly 100,000 RS (USD 1200) buying a used one, I can even upgrade the cast wheels to spoke wheels.
      Let's see. I will keep you posted.
      And please never stop riding this way, when you don't have a plan and just go out exploring. It's so much fun watching your videos.

      @FTR Club Thanks man, I appreciate it!
      As for buying spoked rims after the fact, that was my plan originally when I got the 390A and then in very short order the spoked wheels were discontinued as an accessory and most places that were building them aftermarket out of the Husky 401 hubs stopped due to lack of availability of the hubs. I am hoping the spoked wheels become available again for aftermarket purchase now that the 23' models have it as an option!
      I'll do my best to keep it impromptu on the adventures 😉

    Thanks for the nice video! I want to ask what tires are you using?

      Anytime! Thanks for the compliment.
      I am using Motox Tractionator RallZ tires. I have a separate video with my initial impressions of them and will be doing a follow up when I have a few thousand miles on.

    Just picked up my 22 390Adv two weeks ago, and what happens get blasted with three snow storms so no riding for me. what are your plans with yours' just play or trips?

      @FreeTimeAdventures  ปีที่แล้ว

      Nice! Good for you, the snow is unfortunate tho!
      In the winter I use mine like it's a dirtbike, haha, and we got a decent amount of snow recently so you'll see trail riding in more snow in my next video (hopefully this Saturday it will be up). Otherwise, it gets used for all kinds of things, from offroad parks to commuting to long weekend adventures and motocamping.

    How much the avg.consuption is?

    • @FreeTimeAdventures
      @FreeTimeAdventures  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I average around 61mpg (25.9km/l or 3.85 liters / 100km) generally, but that can vary depending on your riding style and conditions of course.
