IF YOU CAN'T CREATE AN ACCOUNT READ BELOW:
In most countries you have to be at least 13 years or older, in some countries you even have to be 16 years or older to be able to use discord! Recently though, the age rating of discord on the app store has changed to 17+ too. So if you aren't that age, you are not allowed to create an account... but of course you can fill in a fake birthday which you didn't hear from me :D.
