I've seen Jerrod talking to CJ on the sidelines, giving him a tap.

Does it make any difference what plays are called if they can't block for them....? Prolly not...

It’s the type of plays they are calling. Slowik calling plays like we have one of the best offensive lines. We’ve been calling for a more quicker passing offense. Uptempo more hurry up type offense.
Slowik calling these long developing plays with this horrible o-line.

Not only is the O-line underperforming but they are undisciplined, super soft and unable to step up during the big time games. They need to replace 4 spots next year and give Fisher a shot at one. Right now, I would move Tutus to RG and slide Fisher to RT already. Secondary is next on the list to get help

Moving tytus to right guard is not the answer that will make the line worser than what it is

Either Stroud or Slowik don’t know the whole playbook because I know it’s more plays than what they are doing and offensive line shifts for blocking and opening running lanes

How can you say "Well if they make a change at playcaller, that seems desperate." My man, we're there. Plenty of teams have made changes like that during the season and seen improvement. Doing the same thing over and over ain't gonna fix it.

Bobby isn’t the glaring issue. Is he predictable at times? Yes. But an offense is only as good as its offensive line. His play calling would make a lot more sense if our Oline was competent

@@bankrolleli7525 Slowik runs a poor man's version of the Shanahan system that never played to the strengths of CJ or the Oline because of the burden of preloaded playcalls with no audibles allowed and too heavy a dependence on the run game. He's absolutely the primary problem.

Slowbum is the definition of insane !!!! Run, run, pass . Run ,run pass. Run,run, pass. Plus he makes NO adjustments during game ie: GB game or every single game after half time!!!!!!

Texans just overlooked the Titans, and there's nothing more dangerous than a team that has nothing to lose... shit we took KC to O.T with Davis Mills.. yes, this lost hurt.. but Demeco felt that lost, we're going to be fine..

Nah if it was only one bad game then yes maybe that could be true. The Texans haven’t been playing well enough to over look anyone. Aside the Patriots and Cowboys wins none of the victories have been comfortable wins.

Yes the Texans are Broken. Can they be fixed this year? Maybe but dont depend on the O-line it will be despite them.

Who is Ruben Gamez? 😂 I thought that was Ruben Calvillo. My question is who the hell decided to hire Chris Strausser as the O line coach? Word is that he has little or no experience with this offensive scheme. So how can he know what drills to run? Or what adjustments to make and how to practice his players??

Why would our fan base be down on a 7-5 team? Well, when you go into NRG and look into the rafters and see all those AFC South Champions banners, you can go year to year on those banners and point to an injury or the Chiefs game when they blew a 20+ point lead. We heard Hannah say, “ Just making the playoffs is not enough!” We listened to the national media hype this team up in the offseason. Now it looks like we are adding another meaningless banner to the rafters. The big name acquisitions made this offseason on the offensive side have been wasted due to this lines struggles. Our franchise Qb is being affected by this line. The offensive staff has no answers. We can’t score in the 2nd half. We can’t get CJ fixed until we fix this line. Coaching changes, personnel changes, and a scheme change is needed. Jerrod Johnson is not the answer. We have 3 years left on CJ’s rookie deal, a defense that is ready now, we CANNOT waste time with unprovens!

Have y’all looked at the games remaining for both the Colts and Texans? I’m not so confident Texans can make the playoffs. Colts have a more favorable stretch of games left than the Texans. I believe Lawrence is playing Sunday for the Jags and subpar QBs have lit up our secondary. Texans could easily lose the Jags game and then an offensive juggernaut in the Dolphins and then Ravens and Chiefs.

Not really the scheme it’s the dang on coaching. O line coach is bad and Slowik is not good at all.

    • @joethomas6277
      @joethomas6277 23 วันที่ผ่านมา

Agreed. Coaches have to adjust to the talent on the team. The team clearly has a bad O line. They need to call plays to adjust to that.

I don’t believe in the Southmore slump, especially not with CJ Stroud !!!
Bobby Slowyk horrible coaching and lack of adjustments alongside the trash 🗑️ offensive line are the problem.
The game where CJ was on the ground for almost 3 minutes was the start of his unfortunate change. He is just rattled back there.
