I cannot say I knew about Bo. However, everything I heard about him prior to the draft sounded good. Quick processor. Very smart. Even disposition (never too up or too down). Plenty of arm strength. Very few mistakes. The one thing I didn’t realize was how good he was at scrabbling when necessary which combined with quick processing makes him very hard to sack.
I'm estatic! I know we can shock the bills next week, but even if we don't, WHO CARES! We beat the chiefs backups to secure a post season? 38-0!!! We absolutely obliterated them... People can say whatever they want, but that is a broncos team I can have faith in, pedal to the metal, every given week... and honestly we made them look like a JV college team, if this was a shootout and we were celebrating I'd agree. We beat the tar out of them the whole game! This season is a statement, and the Denver Broncos are at the beginning of a meteoric rise! FINALLY!

First of all, even though this was the backup, there were some starters on the field. And even if you want to look at this like a preseason game, you can clearly see the difference from then and now if that's the case. Major improvement.
I knew when Shawn knew. I believe in Shawn. When he said it was Bo, I became a Bo-liever. I think the Bo haters are really Shawn haters. Who are any of us to question a pro hall of famer like Shawn when he is doing what he has proven to do before.
I am a BO-LIEVER!! However, I do have questions. With what we saw this year, how much of a ceiling does Nix have? I mean, what should we look for next season to determine how much this kid can grow? Or, is this as good as he gets?
Something that was missing during the last abysmal 8 years that I think is going to come back: home dominance. the broncos were 6-2 at home this year. Make mile high a place teams dread playing at again! when the broncos won their first two super bowls, 8-0 at home both those seasons. When Manning was here, 7-1, 7-1, 8-0, 6-2 in home games.
Outside of maybe Andy Reid, what good coach doesn't drive the fans crazy sometimes? I can't think of any. It is partly Sean not committing to the run, but it's also the lack of talent in the RB room. It's bottom tier to put it nicely. RB has to be the top priority entering the offseason, followed by TE. If I see another mock giving us Colston Loveland with Ashton Jeanty on the board still, I'm never looking at that site again.

Eric MANGINA, a coach who no one would remember if he wasn't a TV personality (truly a tier 4 coach), said that the Broncos really wanted McCarthy because, and I quote, "they didn't look that excited in the war room, zero high fives." Unfortunately James is correct in saying we got in by beating a JV team. It’s still a great accomplishment but let’s also not go overboard. If we are competitive against Buffalo and make it a close game then that will go a long way in saying Nix is the guy.
Who would you rather face: a team coached by Zac Taylor or a team coached by Sean Peyton? If you say Sean Peyton, I don't do drugs but give me some of whatever you're hitting!

Y'all know that weird Broncos channel on here who swear that John Elway is still secretly in control of this team? They hate Sean Payton, George Paton, and ownership, and they get angry with pretty much every Broncos draft pick? Yeah.... I bet them dudes are on suicide watch right now. It's astounding the lengths some people will go to hold on to their narrative. I forget what they call the Penners, but it's so goofy. They have a legit following too. One of them claims to be a high school football coach or something. Hopefully they came around and stopped this nonsense, but I doubt it. Don't be those guys. I do feel that Buffalo will probably roll us pretty bad. I believe that our defense is not that great against high octane offenses. But, that doesn't matter. We are playing with house money and stranger things have happened. I say, lets go to Buffalo and let the chips fall where they may. As far as the KC game. I don't blame either team. Both teams did what they had to do. Period.

This is a different team, with a different REAL coach, and a different REAL QB. The haters are going to start self censoring themselves because the position they hold is so untenable. I remember one 3 & 14 after a holding penalty on Meinerz. Bo hit Javontae for 13 yards and then converted on 4th & 1
