The airplane and dog story: the airline does have these regs....BUT ESA can fly with people, long as they have the letter from thier DR. And they make the airline aware and make the proper accommodations. Unless new regs have been added since i last flew, so check the airline for specific. But if you're flying over seas, make sure you the quarantine laws for the country youre going to. Not sure what the time quarantine is for dogs, but for birds it used to be 3 months in quarantine. I also believe that this applies to Hawaii, so the government knows your not bringing an invasive species to the islands.
I feel sorry for you if your neighbor facing your house 24/ 7 because it is against the law to face someone's house & I think you need to call the police department & get your neighbor arrested

If someone asked a person using a handicap parking what their handicap is they dont have to my nephew is 24 and last month he found out he has epilepsy he parked in a handicap spot a older person gave him a rude face for parking there.dont judge without knowing the person.

How can you make a policy to not allow a dog abroad. Either you allow my dog or you have to accept me to be with him/her. It's very scary, I have to see my mom and scared now to fly. I m shaking I have to leave forever and I don't want anyone to stop me from bringing my dog on board. Doctors told me the dog may die even if its in the cage it could die, Now I'm so scared I'm having a lot of emotional problems so I'm going to a psychologist because just this makes me scared!!!!
