For t hat first rainbow for mist you can also run gold hunt, t he extra boss will give an extra mist essence too. I got lucky with aeterna and got 10 mist in one map. There is a clockwork but its super tanky so nobody runs it, bloody mary thing is part of the tree and random. You can use it to keep the drop bonus and the difficulty for things like might/machines but you better have 12-15t dps.
The clockwork tree is very nice. Bloody Mary is a chance to kill on the tree, but her loot was super disappointing for me. There's some other new strong nodes like guarantee +1 Cog, higher rarity Cogs/missions, chance to get extra rewards, and the questionable buff the whole map based on your Clockwork tier.. I really cannot see a difference even starting the map with SSS, so I'm not sure if that does anything tbh. But possibly the strongest thing is the new compass that removes the random rewards so you only get the good stuff like compasses and FE. But it's quite pricey now compared to early league so you'll need to high roll a bit in DS. Land one of the Rainbow missions like Nut Trick with a good card and the good compass and you can get a massive jackpot.

Nah. I just kill stuff before the wilt stacks build up too much. The build is still really laggy earlier on
