Awesome Directions 🥰. I am a little bit ADD and you directions were great❣️. Thank You for Sharing … I do not choose to “Follow” everyone but I am following your Tutotorials … can not wait for more !!!!
Thank you Cheryl. What a nice compliment! I am so glad that you enjoy my tutorials and that you find them easy to follow. I appreciate that you took the time to let me know!❤️
I just found this tutorial and will be making one for my grandson. I just made one of your albums and it turned out beautifully. You are becoming one of my favorite people to follow for album making. Your teaching style is so easy to follow! Thank you for sharing!
Wow, Dolores, you made 5 of these?!!! Fabulous! If you don’t use magnets you could use Velcro dots. I am so glad that I inspired you! Thank you for watching.
I made 6 of these albums for my great-nieces and nephews for Christmas. They turned out great and everyone was amazed that I made them. They were loved. Thanks so much.
Debbie, I love this! so easy and uses up 8 x 8 and 8 x 6 pads so quick. I actually took the transcript of the video and cleaned it up to have all the measurements and assembly and all the paper sizes with some screen shots and put together your tutorial that I printed out so I can refer back to it over and over. I will be making a bunch of these folios in the near future. Thank you for sharing this great folio tutorial with us.
The first one I finished today I used 110lb white cardstock. I just started a second one using kraft paper, and 110lb for the first three pages, 65lb for the rest as you suggested. The 110lb does get a bit thick. Thanks ! Your explanations are easy to follow, I’m glad you don’t talk too fast- lol. Makes it easy to follow
Any chance of explaining or writing in the description sección all this in a "'more universal" metric system, say centimeters...? That'd be nice/helpful.
Hi! I will give it some thought, but I went through my tools and I have nothing in metric. My rulers and scoreboard are all in inches. I am sure that is frustrating for you. I will continue to research this.
Oh my goodness, it’s been a while since I made it. The paper I used was 6x8 and if I remember correctly it had 24 pages. So less than 24. And since it was 6x8, you would certainly need much less if you were using 12x12. I hope that helps you at least a little bit!❤️
Can you tell me please, what brand of magnets did you use? I purchased some 3M batteries from Amazon and they did NOT magnetize to each other. Yours are pretty strong! Thanks
Hi there! The best are Basic Grey “magnetic disks” but they are also expensive. You can obtain them from scrapbook stores. Another option is through a magnet retailer directly. I use totalElement.com Just make sure that the width you purchase is 1/32. So you should purchase a 3/8 x 1/32 magnet. They do not have adhesive so you have to attach with double sided tape. Enjoy!
I’m 59 years old and would love if you could possibly ride the measurements down for me I’m not fast enough to keep up to write everything down. Thank you so much.
Hi Debbie. I am sorry I haven't gotten a chance to reply, I was actually hoping I could go back and watch and write down the measurements. I will just try to list them more in the future, I might even put them in my Etsy shop for my projects. Thanks for watching!

Thank you I made 5 of these . So nice . I wasn’t sure about the magnets for the closure, never used them before

So I’ve been waiting to respond and I forget why. Probably to tell you that you are fabulous to make a transcript! ❤️❤️❤️
@suzannevaughan3589 Thanks for the reminder about accessing the Transcript!!
Really sweet folio with room for a ton of photos! Easy construction too!!! I love that you used 81/2 x 11 paper. Thanks for the tutorial!
Hi Anita! Thank you, glad you like it. Sometimes I use 8 1/2 x 11 because there is less waste.
I just finished making this album. It turned out beautifully! Thank you
Wonderful! Thank you for letting me know! What paper did you use, I’m curious.

@@Project39MiniAlbums thank you. I'd appreciate it 🌹
Approximately how many sheets of design paper did you use? It’s a very nice, functional folio! Thanks for the tutorial.

Have you seen Kathy Ortiz king album? She does a great job just like you thank you.
No, I don’t think I’ve watched Kathy for a while. Thank you so much for the kind words!
Where is the name of this pretty paper?
Hi Cathy. The paper is called Joyful Gathering from Hobby Lobby.
I’m 59 years old and would love if you could possibly ride the measurements down for me I’m not fast enough to keep up to write everything down. Thank you so much.

kind of hard to follow. i had to keep stopping and reading the transcripts to figure out what pages were which. love the end result, though.
Hi there! Thanks for the feedback, I will try to make it easier next time.
I can't, for the life of me, get these measurements to come out right. :(
Oh Sylvia, oh no! Is there a time that you can be available to let me trouble shoot with you? Saturday or afternoon or Monday, perhaps?
