No mud pot is better
When I keep copper strip in the matka, mud vessel, copper strip remain shining, need no cleaning. But, when I keep copper strip in steel vessel, copper plate get dark patches and requires cleaning. Does this mean that mud vessel itself is capable of making structured water ?
Mud pot cleans most of impurities but can't make the water structured. But your observation is good.

As per the doctor, The copper plate should be cleaned everyday before next use. He mentioned it in detail in another video in English language. You can search for it
Copper glass can be used too if you can clean it thoroughly. Some glasses with narrow mouths would be impossible to scrub. If your hand can go in and clean the bottom of glass, it's good. That's why copper plate is used because it's easy to clean.

Use any water. Boiled water should only be used if you are sick. Regular used of boiled water will lower your immunity because it kills bacteria. You need microbes in your body to maintain or increase immunity.
We keep water in a copper jug for drinking.

I bought a heavy 11” diameter circular copper plate and I’m going to use it in a stainless steel drum. The question is should I use direct water from the tap (Kaveri or bore well water) or I need to use filtered water? If filtered water then what filter should I use? Please reply, I asked the same question on another structured water video as well but didn’t receive a response. 🙏

Sir ,we can remove all plastic but what to do RO water container, itself plastic,after ro cotainer water we can do purify withcopper plate....
Put RO filtered water in earthen pot with copper plate for 8 to 10 hours then remove plate. This structures water. Draw water from top only and throw away the water when 1/4th of original water remains in the matka as this contains heavy metals as well as plastic nano particles.
Scrub copper plate every time with lemon or tamarind and salt to remove oxidation.
Use matka water for cooking and drinking.

U can boil this water for drinking purpose.
Don't boil it, just warm it up. Boiling will kill microbes and lower your immunity which will result in sickness.

Check the TDS and use, if your tap water TDS is between 100 to 250 you can use it
