At age 23, I was broken hearted and found myself at my heaviest weight at over 190 lbs on my 5 ft frame. This song was on my mp3 player and pushed me to walk then eventually run 4 -5 miles a day. During that summer I dropped 80 lbs, was feeling my best, and looking my best! I now have 2 kids and have gotten some meat back on me, but I am happier than ever. To this day, this song still gets me pumped and outside for a quick run.
