Great video and good to see JJ back in action. Great idea on those stowage pins. I need to come up with something like that for my JKU.
Be sure to keep up with the grease on those links. I didn’t do a good job with it on my JKS links and the rubber bushing cracked and failed. Had to learn my lesson the hard way by replacing it.

So the rubbers on these are replaceable? That will be awesome if they ever go bad. Thanks Ed!

@@ForceBuilt Unfortunately not, at least for the JKS. I had to replace both links. 🙁

Can't say for sure but I think it will. You may have to shorten the links all the way. If it don't work, you could ship it back. Good luck!

Sounds like your next video should be on engine repair.........

Why you say that? It's a little 4 banger. They are louder that the 4.0. Or all that I've ever heard are. It has a freshly built engine in in now. 10K miles so far.

@@ForceBuilt I guess I'm not used to the sound of the 4 cylinder. My 6 cylinder 05 Rubicon sounds soooo much quieter.........

@@XXPS60 yeah, so does my son's 4.0. Mine is louder than I want but not much I can do. I think it is the way the timing chain works. I actually have a new one to install when I have time. It wasn't this loud the first 1k miles. Thanks for watching

My 2.5l TJ is way quieter than that man looks like a loose timing chain ⛓️ or rockers are loose

    • @ForceBuilt

It was the timing chain. I replaced it and now it is super quiet! Thanks for watching.
