@@harikasribooktalks I think his point was that now that they're back together and working together, he can't imagine it. He had to leave for two years and it was mandatory; he couldn't come back. But now that he's here and they can be together, he can't handle her leaving. They were also writing letters to each other for two years so he may have still thought of their relationship as close despite the distance, whereas her moving away to marry Pike would make it clear that she and Jane would never be together.
@@quicksilverchaos4122 yes maybe that's true but even after coming back, there is still time before lisbon decided to mary pike. lisbon waited soo long for jane to confess but when he didn't she really felt bad and wanted to moved on but it's good that he confesed atleast then. "better late than never". thank you for replying

The ending was great he got everything he lost back when this series started
It should have been on a lot longer. They moved it to football night and so it was always on late and it lost it's ratings. Then when they put the last season on it's ratings were as high as it always was but it was already cancelled. CBS screwed this show and they tried to do the same to NCIS LA but it's ratings got better.

Patrick was extremely lucky that she'd give him another chance. I understand his grieve in the beginning, but sometimes he really treated her like shit. Luckily, it seemed to have turned out well.
Suziezur Freiheit yeah thats what I thought...like she can’t wait for Patrick all her life,she gave him a lot of opportunities but I am glad he understood that and they got together. Ps. Still watching jisbon videos on 2020 😂

Mentalist was a phenomenal series; Jane and Lisbon are iconic characters who will be remembered forever ; the way their relationship evolved was heartening; it’s only once in a while that you come across a love story that melts your heart
I don't know whay they cancelled this show. It was a hit and everybody loves it.
They didn't cancel the show. The story ended the way it was supposed to. I was very sad when it finished but it had a good ending :)

The writers of Castle should've watched the Mentalist, then they would've known how to end a show...
Damn right!! God, I absolutely hate how the writers butchered one of my most favorite shows... Now, I can't even watch the first 7 seasons... The same goes for GOT...
Yes, they should.
But, castle didn't work out and ending so badly because of the off screen relationship between the lead cast was bad, I guess that is very effected the show..
In the Mentalist, Simon and Robin off screen relationship it's very good, and bruno heller admit that, without their great friendship, the Mentalist wouldn't be that successful..
@@darmastutidarmastuti exactly!! Shows always fare better when main cast actually like each other, like also Lucifer. At the end of Castle you could feel they truly disliked each other, I stopped watching and was glad it was finally over how ever much I had liked it when it started.
