The fact that you can comment that "you are not living in a democracy" shows that you have the freedom to speak 🗣️ which is among the fundamentals of any democracy so if this is to be considered it means you are still living in a democracy. So, rather than making such absolute comments I would rather request you to read and understand what is the real issue with this bill. And please open your eyes and mind to knowledge and have the ability to scrutinize something based on facts which requires critical analysis of the issue. Literally got goosebumps listening to the critical analysis of the bill, it's sad that regions are burning and all attention is focused there, and bill is getting little attention.

Day by day.. its just becoming disheartening to see how things are shaping up.. 3 years back.. i left US, came Back to my village and started working with my small business. Unfortunately there are many people who aren’t even getting basic amenities.. forget about good quality of life.. inatead of addressing issues which we are lacking even after 75 years of independence…. Political parties are only trying to solidify their position in power by using agencies, money power.. there is no morality.. no educated people in politics.. no compassion towards people and burning issues…. Then i start understanding why young generation of our country is fleeing to abroad instead of coming back

Data protection should be other way around...so that government can't collect our data but we can get all data related to government through RTI
Data fiduciary, if governed by an independent controlling body, like election commission or judiciary or a whole new independent board, then this could be a brighter side of this bill. Moreover, the section 81J should be dealt in a better way. Data protection bill is actually required now because of so many breaches and misuses. But we need people like you too so that this can be done in a substantial way. Thanks for this perspective too❤

I remember that "We the people of India" fought our battle strongly against removing net neutrality issue and won with majority.
There was a email template pre-configured to send it to the government organization "TRAI" which helped us raise our voices and show our support with net neutrality in India.
Can we do something similar to that for stopping Data Protection Bill?
