Sipaway Island, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental: A Travel Guide

Filipino travelers skip Sipaway Island for unknown reasons. When I went there, it made wonder why. With such beauty and laid-back island land, it could be a good choice for both staycation and adventure.

enjoyed the video. I was in the Philippines in May and my fiance and I stayed on Sipaway Island at Whispering Palms Island Resort for 12 nights. amazing staff and a very relaxing experience. we will be back again in October for her birthday
