@tlanimass952 I said drop super low, not die lol. Super low is relative, so can mean differently to different people. Like if op08 drops to like 80 or 70 a box because it's so unpopular and printed too much, that would be great
@@MannySimoneCards If all boxes drop to 80-70 every time, the game will die. How would LGS's make money? How would the company? Look what happened to other TCGs that dropped like that like DBZ? They are dead. The company overprinted and the game died. No one wants to sell boxes that they lose money on, and no one wants to buy when they know they are just keep going down in price. The reason why Magic or Pokemon are alive is precisely because their product is not cheap, so the makers and tournament organizers can make money.
@tlanimass952 you are taking what I'm saying to the extreme 😅 I didn't say all boxes. I mentioned op08 as an example. Pokemon had battle styles drop to 80 a box at some point and sets like rebels clash dropped a lot too and yet the tcg has survived and those products went back up. I'm saying for one piece, if a set or two were to go down due to over printing, that would be a great time to buy and stock up because after a few years it will be up again.
@@MannySimoneCards It will only go up after a few years if the next sets are not as cheap as the ones you bought for cheap... Sometimes TCGs do not recover. Pokemon recovered because they didn't have multiple releases in a row that didnt sell out.
Wow nice cards 😎
First!
Second!🎉
Nice pulls!
The more reprints they do, the better. I hope all the product drops super low. Buy the dip!
If the prices drop too low, no one would buy the boxes at MSRP, hence the company will lose money and the game dies.
