3 question answer will be 1 color for each
for 4 question answer will be 2,1,1 color
for 5 answer will be 2,2,1 color
for 6 answer will be 2,2,2 color

before few lines it is talking about Aeroponic farming (3rd line )
and the question 10. is about Urban farming
so how 'It' is cheap to run...... so here it means Aeroponic farming
how can we relate this ?
