  • This is the 23rd Episode of my series named: "Training Day"! For this training, This video was hard to make to be honest, it's been hard taking the bus to the field each day to try and get better but also video it for a video. I'm trying to get better at showing you what things are actually like for me as a player who is trying to get better by themselves. I hope you guys enjoy this one!

    hey man I’m just coming off a hip strain and I really needed some words of advice due to not being able to walk I gained a lot of weight I’m 5’9 204lbs and I want to reach 165 my goal is to be better than my old self before I was injured I don’t know what position to play but I have really good shooting and I’m really struggling on what to do because I got fatter like what do you recommend I do and try?

      Hey man that's tough but I'm glad you're back from that injury. This is what I would suggest:
      1. Eat the calories needed to maintain the weight of someone that is 165lbs
      2. eat 3 meals a day but don't snack and give yourself 3-4 hours in between meals
      3. Try having moire caffeine and train harder, also everyday. Running for 20 min every morning will make a big difference
      4. Stay hydrated, eat good food that is natural and sleep good
