I'm pretty sure that Rook, the smaller stegosaurus in the PNSO set is a baby, especially considering the smaller plates, shorter neck, and bipedal posture.

Rebor the best figure on the market, than pnso... But they re too expensive. Papo is great for value. It s big, has good sculpt and good painting and love the pose. I have the green one but maybe with new colour is ever better. Also collecta standard is nice for the price.
